I had a great experience. They worked with the down payment. They were fast and knowledgeable. Maria was the best and very knowledgeable sales associate. I drove home the same day with the car that I wanted. I would recommend this place 100%.

Worst place to buy from Unless you want a money pit . One person was helping me. Then, the next person came, he snuck in saying, everything was fine. That we were able to take it home that day. Come to find out a week later, trying to get the insurance to go through. They said we can't put full coverage on the vehicle because of it being a salvage title, not once was I told it was salvage. Then a month later the sunroof breaks not their problem and wouldn't even try and help fix it .. So we just went ahead, paid it off Our debt with them because of the huge down payment we made they wouldn't give it back .Took me 3 months to get my title that they kept saying wasn't there that they couldn't get it til who was back from the BMV . But yet, when I got loud in voice Boom, I had my title in my hand . Nothing but a place of clowns and incompetent people that don't know how to do their job. If you want to just throw your money away go for it If not stay away at all costs.

Purchased a vehicle from them, took it to the car wash and water flooded my backseat which they made that right so I thought it was good business. Then I wake up the next morning after they fix the back windshield and the whole window is shattered because the dude hooked up the defrost the wrong way and melted the plug I pay for it out-of-pocket $500 to get it fixed. Went up there to try to work something out with them and they pretty much told me I’m screwed to leave just be very cautious when doing business with them check over everything. Maybe car wash to see if your seats get flooded.

I wish I could give no stars bought a car from them they lie they play games they do not give breaks!!! They had my car it worked perfectly fine I picked it back up it’s in limp mode & I can’t even drive it when that wasn’t the way they got it. They changed my battery without my permission and only God knows what they did to my car but I pray they get whatever God gives them for playing with peoples transportation & money.

These people are terrible do not go here my mom busted her ass and make low income to get 1700 dollars for a down payment they showed her 3 junk cars then the best one I could feel like would last wont start it was less than 1 hour sense we signed for the car and we put gas in it and it wouldn't start the shop looked at it says nothing is wrong!!??? Then gives her the car back on e and now the lights on for the motor
