I cannot tell you what a joy it was to do business with this company. I have zero trust when it comes to anyone in the automobile industry. Being a woman and shopping for a used car I was terrified. Ralph did everything he could to make sure I got the best car for my price range, even suggesting I get a car that was less expensive than another one I was looking at because he was concerned that the hybrid battery expense could become a very expensive issue within the next year or so. Hands down, the tri state's best used car dealer for DECADES!! I'm a repeat customer from back in 2009. I bought a hard to find Suburu Legacy (stick) loaded with low miles from Ralph at a great price. I was out the door in 45 minutes and the car lasted a good 10 years before it was traded out for a newer vehicle. Fast forward almost 15 years later. I was looking for a Volvo V90 T-6 Cross Country no earlier than a 2018. Guess who had one? Yup, I never even test drove it (ask him!), I already knew what I was buying and more importantly WHO I was buying it from. Ralph gave me a very fair trade-in value for my Honda and even wiggled a little on the price of the Volvo. We spent more time talking about life and cars than we did actually getting the deal done, he's just that kind of guy. Anyway, if you're looking for a crispy clean showroom with high speed Wifi, free coffee and pastries then go somewhere else...and pay probably a couple thousand more dollars for the same vehicle. Yeah, you'll probably have to dust off a seat in the office and maybe even clear a spot on the cluttered desk to sign your paperwork but I guarantee you this! You'll have the best used car for the money within a 300 mile radius of Cincinnati. 82 years old and still going, hats to off to ya bro! Keep going! And lastly, T-H-A-N-K Y-O-U !
