I purchased a 2019 Kia from Steven Withers of Jake Sweeney Auto (located at 33 West Kemper Rd. in Cincinnati, Ohio) and I couldn’t have been happier with how STEVEN handled the entire process. He knows cars and over the last couple days he was always readily available to me. He knew what I needed and he was professional from start to finish. He was completely able to accommodate me and my many questions in a painless and efficient way. I’m located in Wisconsin and the car was in Ohio- yet he made the transport of my car seamless too. This car was the first one I’ve bought online and he made it easier for me to know exactly what I was buying by personally creating and sending an inside and out video. After taking delivery, I admit the seven-year-old car exceeded my expectations. I write this review to relay to you that I liked, trust and would urge you to find a salesman like Stephen Withers of Jake Sweeney Auto Group when looking for your next ride. I had a great experience purchasing my new Ram 1500 from Jake Sweeney, and Tina was fantastic throughout the process. Even after the sale, she's been quick to answer my questions, follow up, and make sure everything is going smoothly. As a first-time Ram owner, I had a few questions about the technology and features, and she took the time to get me the information I needed without making me feel like I was bothering anyone. He spent an enormous time walking me through the hundreds of options to customize the settings of my car. Ed Besl and the finance team are business serious and very fairly negotiated the purchase price and offered warranties in a factual presentation devoid of any pressure. And the post sale experience is optimal. Tim Gabbard runs an excellent service department. My favorite personal service advisor, Shon Weathers made me feel he was on my team by respectfully understanding my technical issue and addressing my concern with the respect and integrity I give my own clients. Dear Jake Sweeney Service Team, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent experience I had with your service department concerning a 2018 Dodge R/T Scat Pack that I purchased from your dealership approximately eight months ago. After such a short period of ownership, I have noticed significant issues with the interior components of the vehicle that I believe should be addressed. Specifically, the inner skin of the passenger door is peeling back, exposing the foam beneath, and the steering wheel has started peeling as well. These defects have compromised the aesthetic and functional quality of the car, which, given the price and expectations of such a vehicle, is disappointing. When I initially contacted your service department to request repairs, I was informed that these issues would not be covered under warranty because I am not the original owner of the car. However, I purchased this car in good faith from Jake Sweeney Automotive, expecting a quality vehicle and dealership support for any manufacturing or quality-related issues. I respectfully request that, as a reputable dealership, Jake Sweeney Automotive considers repairing or replacing the affected parts under good faith. Replacing the door inner skin and either rewrapping or replacing the steering wheel would not only restore the vehicle’s integrity but also demonstrate your commitment to customer satisfaction. Please find attached photographs documenting the issues with the door and steering wheel. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your response.
