Just wanted to let you know all the repairs and paint work were fantastic on our GMC Acadia. The repairs were completed in a timely manner. Everyone at Galbraith body shop was great. Clare and Marty are definitely outstanding people! I know everyone works very hard there and it shows in every aspect. Thanks to everyone at McCluskey Body Shop.

I recently filed for bankruptcy and was stressing on how I was going to keep my vehicle. Tony was amazing! He not only kept in touch with me all day but found me exactly what I wanted and in a loan that I will actually benefit from. He was very attentive in answering all my questions and keeping me informed of every step of the process! I don't even have to leave my home, my new vehicle is on its way!! Thank you for making this as easy and smooth as possible!

2021 Nissan frontier sold it to me with a faulty transmission they have had this truck for over a month now and haven't fixed it yet Mike the mechanic was wanting me to lie to the finance department the people that gave me the loan and tell them that I had to vehicle longer than what I actually have had it so that way the service department in the car dealership didn't look as horrible as they actually are they took my down payment money ignored me held on to my vehicle longer than they should have it they upset me so much I called and cancel my insurance and I'm working on dissolving my loan at this point I don't care if I have to file bankruptcy all I did was try to buy a truck and all I did was get screwed over majorly Gary the salesman I was listening to him have a conversation trying to up the loan on me what a loser I will never do business with this facility I can't wait for the phone calls

If you want your car repaired correctly do not go here. Workers don’t know what they are doing and management does nothing to make sure the work is done correctly. They had my car for over a week and when we got it back, it looked worse than it did when we sent it to them. There were issues where there weren’t any problems. Reached out to Chad and all he wanted to do was pass the buck. He agreed to get my car and fix it while she was at work. Promised it could be taken care of in an 8 hour span. Well when my wife brought it home it still had the same issues. There is 0 accountability. I was told that it was more or less my fault because we didn’t want to get a rental car when they messed up to begin with. I was instructed to call Karen to talk to her about the issues and all she did was take the side of Chad. They charged over $1000 and it’s still not done right. When asked who I needed to talk to, all they want to do is give you the run around so you can’t talk to the correct people because they don’t want their people getting in trouble. All I kept hearing was how he’s been a manager for over 33 years as if that means anything based off the horrible work they did on my car. 0 pride in the work they do. 0 pride in customer service. 0 pride in customer retention. If you want work done correctly, for sure take your car somewhere else.

Bought a Fiat from them in March 2021. This was my first time personally buying a car and I'd heard great things about McCluskey, so naturally I went to them. They told me everything on the car had been checked and if anything needed serviced, they had done so at that time. As I said, I bought the car. Everything seemed okay. The Fiat was a bit loud compared to what I'm used to with other cars I've been in, but I'd heard that Fiat's weren't the most quiet of vehicles - so I thought nothing of it. It only got louder over the last 7 months. I took it in to a mechanic to have it diagnosed so I could formulate a plan of action and they told me that the front bearings were shot. There is no reason why they should've been in such bad condition if McCluskey had done their thorough inspection and servicing, like they'd told me was done. Clearly this was not done as they said or whomever did the inspection/servicing is incompetent. I contacted McCluskey with questions about getting my car serviced and also if my warranties covered any of it. It's almost two weeks later and I've still not gotten any e-mails or calls regarding this, however, I have had several e-mails trying to SELL ME a car. Ridiculous. I ended up having the bearings replaced elsewhere and now my car is silent; it sounds like a new car. To say that I am frustrated is a huge understatement. I don't know that I'd ever go back to McCluskey or recommend them.
