6 years ago my Momma was without a car, I live in Florida and wanted her taken care of. I saw a car online I thought was perfect, worked with Rich who allowed me to pay for the car over the phone. I even sent my Mom in an Uber and she didn’t even know where she was going. When she got there they treated her so good, let her go through all the cars and sure enough she picked the same one I saw. My Mom still has it and still loves it, it’s a great car! I am now shopping around for my Dad and will absolutely go here first.

All jokes aside I would say this is the first used car I've gotten from a mom & pops(not a Jeff Wyler) shop that legit works. May have tons of miles but everything he said about the 2014 Honda cr-z was correct. Pleasure doing business and I will most certainly come back for my next car. THANK YOU.

Went car shopping with my brother and after checking out a few cars at a few different places in the area we found a car here that caught our eye. Rich was amazing to work with. He's a super honest guy that seems like he really just wants to make sure you're getting a car that fits what you're looking for. There wasn't any pressure to buy and he even seemed like he was looking out for our best interests before considering his own finances. Car is in great condition and we got it for a great price. If I could depict the best possible car buying experience, it wouldn't be too different from the experience we had here.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Rich is, putting nicely not someone you want to deal with. I call on Saturday asking about a Honda Civic they have for sale. It's about 3:30. He said they close at 4. Ok. I tell him I have cash and will be available at his convenience Monday or Tuesday. Rich also says he has a situation going on and he wouldn't be available after 4pm. Ok, no big deal. I get a message at 6 pm saying the car I was interested in has been sold????? Really? I thought it was a mistake. I messaged him and asked about the car.... He decided to stay late to sell the car while and I quote " my wife is in the hospital". That's what the situation was why he had to leave at 4. Are you serious?? I have never in my life heard such crap from a salesman. Get your stuff together. Don't buy from these people. They are lying trash. Good luck MR RICH 🤑

I purchased an automobile from Rich, he appears as a stand-up guy, mentioning that there was no issues with the mechanical integrity of the vehicle purchased. The next day, a puddle was noticed, and after having the oil change, a leak was detected. The turbocharged oil line requires replacement, a repair costing nearly the same amount of the vehicle. Rich also mentioned that he would give me a call approximately 4-5 weeks after purchasing the vehicle to notify about the transferred title. Not only did I not receive a phone call after the allotted time mentioned, Rich insisted that a "power of attorney from owner to assign title to a motor vehicle or from purchaser to apply for title" form was not required to be notarized (even insisting that the form was not required), essentially rejected my ask to obtain a notarized copy. Lastly, the "used vehicle order" binding my purchase from Rich at Klein on Vine, is not properly accepted and signed by the dealer, as explicitly stated within the order. When this was brought to the salesman's attention, he not only confirmed that he is not authorized to act in the capacity of the dealer, but continually insisted that it is not required and will not be signed and accepted. In the event there was an issue with the sale on the seller's end, the used vehicle order will most likely be relied upon, however, in this instance, it was outright ignored. Do not be swindled as I was.
