Great working with Dan! He got me into a 2016 Toyota Camry with all the options! Touch Screen Radio, Bluetooth, and power seats! I thought getting a car was going to be impossible, but he made it happen. If you're thinking about this place and don't have a whole lot of options see Dan, he will make it happen.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT buy a a car from them. They do shady business. I bought (Colerain) a 2015 Chevy Trax from them on March 12th an gave them $1000 down, they originally wanted $1500 but they accepted that I bring the $500 on my next payday on March 23rd. Well when I came in that day, my sales man (Dan) was confused on why I was here an he called corporate (Fairfield) to see if he can accept this payment and when he got off the phone with Christie, he then told me I was on differed payments (I’d pay $495 for 5 months then my payments go down to $395) an they didn’t want my $500 that day. But today, I got a call from Christie saying I was suppose to pay the money on March 16th an they why they accept my payment when I came in an they want it today or they were going to repo my car. Well at that point I was frustrated and tired of getting the run around an O told Christie that I could give them $500 next week but they would have to wait until my next paycheck to get my first car payment an that wasn’t good enough so I said I had no problem returning the car and I wanted my $1000 back which she was fine an that I would need to bring my car in by 6pm which meant leaving my job. I did turn my car in because I refuse to do business with a company that is so unorganized an unprofessional. I did get my money back but I am back to square one with no car an a missed half day of work. Long story short they aren’t a business to work with.
