We seriously cannot recommend Zach from Nourse Toyota enough!!! From start to finish, he made the entire process so smooth and stress-free. He answered every single question we had (and we had a lot 😅) and always made us feel confident and taken care of. We put down our deposit at the end of December and had our car in our hands by February 16th — even with it being shipped all the way from Ohio to California! Everything moved quicker than we expected, and Zach kept us updated the whole time. If you’re looking for someone who is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his customers, Zach is your guy. We’re so grateful for such a great experience!
