I got my 2018 Silverado 1500 Z71 Truck on this place in Nourse EZ credit auto sales department. The team on this place (from sales, manager and all the way to finance) are genuinely nice to me and my wife and they are easy to talk to like a Family. My driving for more than an hour is so worthy of my time and I don’t mind driving again next time I want to buy my next ride in the future. I will recommend this place a 100% satisfactorily. THESE PEOPLE WILL DO A SCUM MOVE TO LOWBALL YOU ON YOUR TRADE IN. LOL. Dont give them your VIN to your car when working out a trade in. They will use it on MaxOffer and LOWBALL YOU. MaxOffer is what dealers can use to set trade in deals with Carmax. Youll have to wait some days for the offer to clear if they do it. DO NOT TAKE AN OFFER FROM THESE PEOPLE because their MAXOFFER quote GENERATED some NUMBER. It might very well be a lowball. I say this because a few weeks back, I was car shopping, calling, and texting dealers. I contact this dealer and this what they do (what is written above). The quote they ran on my car expired on June 18th, as the first photo shows. Now today, on Jun 26th, I'm getting 27k for my trade-in from the 25k they presented me. Also, now, even with 200 more miles added to it, and with the same presets. Keep in mind I didnt even ask for them to generate me a quote via CarMax/ Maxoffer. I FIND THIS TO BE SUCH A DISGUSTING MOVE. I knew prior that it was a lowball because I did a trade in quote with Carmax and let it expire. Thus, they went ahead and did a quote on Maxoffer because I hadn't had an active quote prior to having a conversation with them. I knew it shouldn't have dropped that crazily fast from a week prior. I could recall it was higher than what they had presented me via their MaxOffer quote. AGAIN, PLEASE don't let these people make you a CarMax offer via Maxoffer. Please run your own Carmax trade-in offer prior, a Carvana trade in offer, check Kelly Bluebook, and maybe get some appraisals from other dealers. The first 3 options should be more than enough. FIRST PHOTO EVEN HAS THEIR NAME ATTACHED TO IT. EDIT: I'm responding to the dealer. My car didn't appreciate from 25k to 27k in that time; it was way higher than 25k. That's why I was shopping around to trade in a 26' Civic Hybrid for a 26' Touring Hybrid. That's cute, but people should know, though. Dealers will be dealers.

Nourse service center is awful. I bought a used car from them in march, before it had even been 45 days i was having a problem with said car. I scheduled to take the car in to have it looked and and after 3 hours of them looking at it told me that they needed to order a specific piece to fix it, it would be 3-5 days and they would call when the part came in. That was almost 2 weeks ago, so i called last friday and i NICELY asked if they could check into it and see if the part arrived to which no one knew the answer. I was told “my manager is looking into it and we’ll give you a call back.” 4 hours later and nothing. So i called back and was transferred directly to a voicemail and left my number to call back. STILL NOTHING. I called again 2 days ago and was told “we’ll call you” and still nothing. I call today and ask for the manager of nissan and was sent to a voicemail and left number to call me back. If the parts not in that’s fine, but the run around they keep giving me is NOT. The fact nobody wants to help me get the information i need is ridiculous. If i would have simply been told “the parts not in” or “it’s in we just have been busy” OR EVEN “we forgot to order it” i wouldn’t be this mad. But refusing to call me back and give me information about a part that i was told would be here by now, is unprofessional and INFURIATING. I’m not normally one to get on online and complain but if it can save another person from dealing with this terrible service center, it’s worth it.
