Chris is fantastic. I’ve had my share of bad service from Nourse but keep coming back because Chris is the best. Will find me exactly what I need and work with me well. Don’t lose this man or there would be no reason to come back. He’s personable returns all my calls and texts. If I want a certain car a particular color with exact trim levels he always gets it. No complaints just finds it. I’m 65 bought way too many cars and he is the best I’ve ever worked with. I can’t say enough.

These people are miracle workers. I have bought three vehicles from them now, and each one had a different set of challenges. Kasey went way above and beyond to make sure if there was a way it could happen it did. The whole team from Kasey in sales and the whole finance team are amazing.

Nice Salesman, but Dishonest Finance and Poor Prep** I had a mixed experience at Nourse Ford in Chillicothe. My salesperson was friendly, helpful, and never pressured me—he made the process of finding the right car comfortable. However, the management side was a major disappointment. I arrived with my own financing from my credit union, yet I was told they 'had to' run my credit anyway. This was untrue and resulted in 1 unnecessary hard pulls on my credit. Additionally, for a brand-new car, the prep was unacceptable. When I got home, I found thick, dried mud caked into the drainage channels on both sides of the trunk hinges (I’ve attached a photo). I expected a brand-new vehicle to be properly cleaned and for my financing choices to be respected. Good salesperson, but the dealership’s attention to detail and credit practices were a letdown."

Honestly service sucked can't keep a customer updated on there vehicle and leaving them in the dark then when getting it back there are scratches all over it is ridiculous honestly I will never have any type of work done again because of scratches all over a new truck hope no other customer has to deal with there's getting scratched doors bed hood grill just down right ridiculous honestly so I refuse to give 100% on anything other than Ryan Dixon was 💯 as a salesman wonderful guy couldn't have had a better person
