In my experience of buying cars Good cars has been for a long time. Today and age it's very hard to come cross a car dealership that has great cars and a great team. My guy Dustin worked hard for me and helped me to his fullest to make sure I was satisfied and got exactly what i wanted. If anyone looking for a great reliable vehicle this place is number 1 place in town me and my family was 1hr and 20mins away and it was definitely worth it💪🏾 Thank you again Zombie johns 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

I bought a 2023 Kia Telluride. 29 days later, the engine failed. I informed ZJ, and they were just as shocked as I was. The car had a perfect Carfax and was frequently serviced. Throughout this process, they were respectful and courteous. The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is that the owner took a month to decide if they were going to replace the engine. He did, and I really appreciate it. But overall, it was a great experience that took a couple of hours over the phone and an hour with paperwork once I was at the dealership.

Bought a car n there was abounch of finance problems had to end up giving the car back after 3 months and that put me in a predicament. Was a case of unfortunate circumstances I dont think anyone specifically was at fault. I shouldn't have been able to leave with the car I did without a loan in place but you live n learn. They seem like decent people just didnt work out. The car i was supposed to have was a nice car worked awesome was worth what I was supposed to pay for it. Worth checking out.

My buying process started out amazing, would have given 5 stars. We recently filed bankruptcy & we’re expecting the process to be a pain. However, they found & purchased the vehicle we wanted & got us a lower interest rate than we anticipated with no money down. Amazing experience on that part. Other than the fact that they charged us $28,000 for a truck that I seen listed at the dealership they bought it from for $22,000. I didn’t say anything about the $6000 add on due to being grateful for the ease of the process. We drove the truck home, 3 hours away with no issue. The next morning we get in it & the service 4x4, advance track, & check engine light came on. Took the truck to multiple shops by me & everyone wanted to charge $200 to diagnose the problem. I didn’t feel comfortable paying that for a truck that had issues less than 24 hours after buying it. I spoke to my salesman who multiple times stated that he “was talking to his CEO about it”. Ended up driving the truck the 3 hours back & they put me in a loaner car to drive home. I didn’t complain about the fact that they gave me a KIA Soul in replacement for my Ram, though typically if someone buys a truck, they need their loaner to also be a truck. The Kia soul also stunk to high heaven like cigarettes & had a slight litter box like odor & the back up camera didn’t work but that’s whatever. Again, no complaints. I was told by my salesman that he was going to Apple Pay me to reimburse me a little for gas for making the 3 hour drive for the 2nd time. That Apple Pay never came. I was also assured that my truck would be delivered to me & that I wouldn’t have to make the drive a 3rd time. Communication was nonexistent during the time they had my truck. Multiple times it was “I’m checking with the shop” then it was “they found the issue, waiting on the part” then silence again. I ended up texting the manager who put me in contact with the shop manager who was actually able to give me updates. I got word that the truck was done & given back to the dealership. Again, no communication from anyone at the dealership. I texted multiple times asking for updates because at this point they had my truck for 3 weeks. I was then told “oh we don’t have any drivers this week. We will get it to you next week” So, Monday rolls around & I ask for an update. I was told to check back the next day. I eventually texted the manager & complained about the lack of communication & constantly getting the run around, & brought up that I was never reimbursed for gas, & that they’d had the truck 4 weeks & asked if something could be worked out with my first payment since I didn’t have the truck. I received a response that basically said I should be happy that they were fixing it & that they gave me a loaner car because they “never do that”. I was then told that the truck wouldn’t be able to be delivered for another week because “drivers took the whole week off for Memorial Day”. That would have put them at having my truck 5 weeks! So, I once again made the 3 hour ONE WAY trip to pick up my truck because there are things that I need to do that require me to have a truck not a Kia Soul. I get up there & ask for my spare key, that I was told would be mailed after the deal was funded. I was told they mailed it, which I stated that no, they had not. Finally it turns out that the manager had my spare key at his home & I had to wait for him to retrieve it so that I could make my 3 hour trip back home. Long story short, I am extremely disappointed. I had planned on using them again in a couple months to get my wife a new car also & obviously now I will not be doing that. Professionalism went out the window once they received the money from my finance company for the truck it seems like.
