Monica at JD Byrider was absolutely amazing to work with! Her customer service is top-notch, and she genuinely cares about helping people. She took the time to answer all of our questions, explain everything clearly, and made the whole process much less stressful. One thing about Monica—she’s stubborn! But honestly, that’s one of the things we love most about her. She’s determined, doesn’t give up easily, and works hard to find solutions. You can tell she takes pride in what she does and wants the best outcome for her customers. We also had a great experience with Isaiah at JD Byrider! From the moment we walked in, he listened to what we were looking for and helped put us into a vehicle that fit our needs. He knew exactly how to guide us through the process without wasting our time, and he got us in and out in a timely manner. On top of that, his customer service was outstanding. He was easy to talk to, down-to-earth, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. Literally the worst car buying experience EVER!!! The salesman LIE! I was lured in under false pretenses and told w/ my income and specific down payment I could get the car I wanted... psych. They took advantage of my desperate situation and after trying to put me in a car the size of a literal hot wheel (when I was told I could get an dodge durango or similar suv) I was put in an 2014 Jeep Patriot for damn near 20,000 when its probably worth 3000 at best! At best! 2 weeks into having the car a lightning bolt popped up on my dash and never went off after over a year of having it. I have sent it back to them and their YouTube mechanics 4 times STILL NOTHING. I drive from Akron to Northfield daily and advised I needed a reliable vehicle! The car started overheating still nothing. I sent my car to them to be fixed on one occasion they called me about 15 minutes before the shop closed on a holiday weekend to pick my car up after their loan shark finance manager came down took my money that I was paying to get the car fixed to put towards my loan and make me take out another loan for the repairs that were not done on the car because the car stopped on me every light on the dashboard came on before I even made it home after missing numerous days of work because I had no reliable transportation and then had to wait over a 3-day weekend for them to even look at the car after talking to the manager who let me know that there was nothing they could do until after the holiday the car went back to their shop three times after that and still the problem persists now they are threatening me instead of trying to justify the situation that I was sold a lemon they want to put me deeper into the hole that I was trying to dig myself out of literally their only saving grace is their Finance person named Leslie who has been very helpful throughout the situation to the best of her ability however she works for a company of con artists and Loan Sharks their finance manager Tonya is literally the pits. I understand that they have a job to do but they don't care that the people who come to them desperate in need of help also have jobs to do they want to get blood from a turnip for cars that aren't even worth the down payment let alone the outrageous prices they ask for. I was advised by one of their sales managers that their biggest issue is the fact that their cars have so many mechanical issues so do yourself a favor do not ever go to this place they sucked as JD Byrider and they still suck as by Rider. One more thing I forgot to mention I was initially set up for failure as they set up a card that I leased under my wife's pay schedule this was not her car and the payments were set up on the off week when I got paid and I had to jump through hoops to get them to change this.
