I can't say enough good things about our experience here. We came in and took a car for a test drive. Absolutely loved the car. We told them about a prior experience and asked them if they would let us get the car professionally inspected by the Brand dealership and in this case is was Subaru. And they agreed to allow us to do so. Even though the inspection took hours they were super chill about the time we were gone. After a very nice inspection we came back and purchased the car! The car was so clean you would thought it was brand new. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

This is wayyy over due!🤦‍♀️ I have bought 3 cars now from this place. My first was a Chrysler 300 and it ran beautifully, we no longer have it. Our second car was a Kia optima and my husband is still currently driving it, running great without any problems. Our newest addition is a Lincoln MKZ, when we pulled it off the lot, it ran great, by the end of the evening we realized that something wasn't quite right with it. The next day it ended up completely shutting down and wouldnt start back up. I knew that it was a reach expecting the car place to take a look at it but I knew that I had to try considering I paid $6000 & it was just sitting there at this point. I called and spoke with the manager and explained the issue. He did not hesitate one bit, told me to bring the car in the next morning, I did. They found out that the fuel pump and starter was bad, replaced it at no cost to me, and it has ran beautifully ever since and is currently my favorite car. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM HERE!!! Great cars, great staff, and they are willing to work with you every step of the way. Thaks so much for all you do 😀

My son bought a car and the light came on ON THE WAY HOME from overheating! The dealership didn't care (as you can see from other reviews, its not uncommon--they clearly never care). Now he has a vehicle he can't drive because it turns out, the engine needs replaced! There's NO way I believe they don't know many of these cars have issues when they sell them. I understand it's as-is, but people dont make purchases of this size assuming they're buying something that will break down on the way home. Literally. And if they are notified of major issues within a reasonable time frame, it's horrible business practice not to make it right. I don't care what the contract says at that point, its bad business. Period. I've been in retail my whole life. I cannot fathom running my business this way. Obviously they don't care about return business or word of mouth. You can see the responses to several other negative reviews... always the same soundbite. There was no encouragement to have it checked out first. My mother co-signed and the car ended up in her name instead to boot! She made it clear she was NOT trying to put the car in her name! If the application has to be run a certain way, or loan set up a certain way, that needs to be made clear--especially when the customer is telling you their exact intention and expectation. If a consumer makes clear what the understanding and expectation is, and the dealership never addresses that things will work differently--that's purposefully being "shady." This has been an awful experience for all involved. Its taken several phone calls from several people just to get anyone to talk to us. I'm assuming that's because the longer they put us off, the more standing they'd have not to make it right. This will not end here though, on behalf of both my son being deceived, my mom being deceived, and everyone else who has apparently had an equally awful, deceitful experience. Please save the half-assed "it's your own fault" reply for someone else's review. Its wasted here unless you're taking the POS car back.

My daughter bought a car here. Yes I get it was used and as is. Spent 6000 on a truck. Engine light came on 3 days later took it in since you cant get plates without an echeck. They said over 2000 just to get light off not including all the other issues that are not worth fixing! I wouldn't even call this place budget mart more of trash mart! They dont deserve even a star.

Akron lot sold my daughter a lemon. Cleared the codes and doctored the car up to sell it. Never disclosed it had been in a wreck. By the time she drove it home the suspension was grinding, brakes wouldn't work and now the motor may have a broken timing belt. She's only had the thing 2 weeks. Car lot and owner have blocked her calls and refuses to make it right. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
