John is a "salt of the earth" Midwesterner. A straight talker who is generous with his time and information. He'll tell you absolutely everything about the vehicle(s) you're interested in, if you want to know. I never felt like John was "selling" me anything, he's just very selective about the vehicles he deals and shares all the information he has (Carfax, recalls, repairs, etc.). The dealership/shop is small, clean, and maintained. Its an efficient operation...just John. Cars and prices are good. If you're looking for a buying experience where you're showered with copious (overbearing) praises, compliments, and donuts, go to a big dealership and pay for the experience. If your looking for a solid car at a fair price without any BS whatsoever, buy a car from John.

I bought my 2010 Nissan from John about a month ago . I was in a tight spot due to my old car being demanded unsafe to drive . I need a trustworthy place and he was highly recommended to me . I came in and was working with my bank . He was very patience with me and getting the stuff from my bank to start doing paper work with him. He is true to his word . Best used car place to go to . I will definitely be buying more cars from him down the line . VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE/HIM.

Super nice guys ❣️ Brian who I had initial contact with was very laid back and kind. Once we started talking we learned we both loved sports but he was very polite and approachable which goes a long way in sales. I met and was able to talk to Mr Bill the owner and when I say I was blown away by his so many acts of kindness he displayed. He did not know me from Adam but he went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable in my purchase of the vehicle. He was very hands on when helping me deal with other things pertaining to the purchase of the vehicle. When I say I walked away with a smile and comfort in my heart I did just that. The best part of it all was that I had test drive several other vehicles before being led to his car lot but I was not satisfied with any of them but I kept going back to his lot looking at a particular vehicle and when I finally decided to contact him. I learned why I was led their, he's a godly man a Christian man. I know ur probably thinking what does that matter well to me it means that God led me to the right person bc they would be aligned with what I needed because God would have opened up their heart to wait for me to arrive their while in need of a vehicle. Not all sales persons a cordial genuine and patient many only want the sell and that's it. Well I didn't get that from Brian and Mr. Bill. So yes I'm giving them 5 stars. And definitely would refer them if in need of a vehicle.

Daughter bought a truck here and its been sitting in her driveway unable to be driven since a month after buying it! They sell doctored up junk and don't care who they screw just to make a quick buck! Shes put thousands into it and had several mechanics look at it who told her to take the negative equity just to get rid of it!!! Stay away from this place unless you want to throw money away!

What a joke! This is the most unprofessional used car place I ever went to. The secretary doesn't speak a word of English. The office is very disgusting, it looked like they haven't swept the floor in over 2 weeks. They have old used cups and plates of food on the desks that has obviously been sitting for a couple days. The place outside looks like junk yard with garbage and parts all over the floor. Their customer service is the worse in town by far. They have an attitude problem and their prices are just plain ridiculous. I asked how much for a brake job on my 1997 toyota camry and I was told $250 Do your self a huge favor, save your self the hassle and don't waste your time going there.
