50 days ago bought a 2020 ram 1500 looked it over test drove it check engine light was on when looking at it was told it was believed to be an oxygen sensor well currently its in the shop needing an engine due to blow by around the piston rings. So now stuck with figuring out how to come up with 13k for the engine replacement along with the stop leak in the radiator it was real convenient that I was never offered a warranty either and highly doubt theyre gonna help cover any of the cost of the engine. but after my experience and seeing other experiences with more or less the same issues definitely won't recommend anyone shop for a car here

Bought a 2020 f250 not too long ago. Drove it around for a week. Less than 400 miles. Broke down, had it diagnosed by a certified ford dealer. Said It needs a new motor. $20,000. Been trying to work with them to get this fixed but the communication is horrible. He kept changing what he was going to help with. Told me he was going to re-diagnose it and that's all he can do. I brought up evidence of the check engine light being cleared out 2 days before I bought it, and he ghosted me. I highly recommend going anywhere else to buy from. All the reviews I've been seeing have roughly the same issues. Motors going bad. I'm sure he will have some excuse to comment on this. Don't let him fool you too. I will be filing complaints with the Ohio Attorney Generals office and BBB.

Purchased a 2011 dodge ram from this lot the week before Christmas in 2024. It is now April 2025. The truck was driven 1 1/2 home and now belongs to my 15 year old son. First I was told over the phone there was only a small spot of rust on the rear bumper. That was a lie. The bed sides are rusted above the fender flares. I made the long drive so I decided to still bring the truck home due to my son wanting this truck. We have only put roughly 300 miles since buying it. The truck is currently sitting waiting on a motor due to loosing oil pressure out of the blue. I contacted the owner knowing there was nothing he legally had to do but wanted him to know a 15 boy was out $10,000!! I was told “what do you expect me to do” zero sympathy for my son and his hard earned money. The new motor will cost around $4000 plus fluids, gaskets and labor. I would never recommend this lot for the simple reason that they knew there was metal shavings in the oil because it was recently serviced. The oil I drained from the truck looked like brown metallic and the filter was sooo full of shavings. Very disappointing knowing my son will have to wait until we can afford this expensive repair before he can actually drive his first vehicle that he was so proud of!

ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES! Very bad place to TRY to buy a vehicle from.I was buying a car to go to and from work so I don’t put all the miles on my new truck. Picked it out and got my loan and everything ready. I told him it will take some time to get everything in order and will be up to get it. He kept putting it off also took them forever to send my bank bill of sales also every time I called or messaged him he said he had bad service. Finally sent it to my bank then I called up there and they answered MUST OF HAD BETTER SERVICE THAT DAY. When I talked to this guy he said he knew nothing about me wanting to buy the car and that someone was on there way to buy it…Come to find out he said he was the one who sent the bill of sales to my bank lol VERY BAD COMMUNICATION WITH THESES CLOWNS.
