Overall, everything went well in the beginning. So far so good with the car. The employees service very well when it came to test driving the car and getting the paperwork filled out and stuff along those lines. A few things that upset me is the one key that they gave us. The battery was almost completely dead as well as the key itself look like it had been ran over. I mentioned another key and they gave me a third-party number which is OK I guess but it would have been nice if they would have offered to get us a new key. So then at the very least I said, could you at least replace the battery in the key? They said yes no problem. That never happened then there was a loose piece of plastic where the buttons are to move the chair back-and-forth on the driver side it was completely detached from the seat. I asked them to fix it. It never got fixed. Then the floor mats that they had in the vehicle did not belong to the vehicle. The detailing was subpar and that’s my fault for not taking a closer look. Whoever did it must have done it with their eyes closed. And the last thing is the stickers that they put on the back of the vehicle yet again my fault I didn’t notice this until after the purchase otherwise I would’ve asked them to remove them which they probably wouldn’t have done anyways. So overall after the entire experience, I would not recommend this place. We will see in about 3 to 6 months after I’ve been driving the car how it’s doing. As I’m writing this review and looking at the vehicle, I am noticing that there are no caps on the tire stems. It seems this dealership just doesn’t care about the details. They want things in and out as fast as possible and they just don’t care. there’s no passion there’s no customer care. It’s just a place to go and buy a car and you get what you get and you don’t throw a fit. I hope this review helps someone.

My daughter purchased a vehicle from Prestige Auto just 12 days ago with only 60,000 miles on it. We expected a dependable vehicle, but instead she was left stranded when the car wouldn’t start because the starter failed. When we contacted Prestige Auto, we were extremely disappointed with their response. Rather than standing behind a vehicle they had just sold, we were told that because we didn’t purchase their $5,000 extended warranty, we would be responsible for the towing bill, diagnostic charges, and the repair itself. To make matters worse, even though the dealership was open over the weekend, we were told they couldn’t even look at the vehicle until Monday—leaving my daughter stranded for two more days without transportation. There was no sense of urgency and no effort to help someone who had just purchased a vehicle from them less than two weeks earlier. I understand that used cars can have unexpected issues, but a major component like a starter failing after only 12 days of ownership is unacceptable. While I realize mechanical failures can happen, the way Prestige Auto handled the situation is what is most disappointing. There was no willingness to offer assistance, no goodwill, and no concern for a customer who had just made a significant purchase. A dealership’s reputation isn’t built on making a sale—it’s built on how they treat customers when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, our experience with Prestige Auto has left us feeling that once the paperwork is signed, you’re on your own. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Prestige Auto. If you’re considering purchasing a vehicle from Prestige Auto, be aware that if something goes wrong shortly after the sale, you may be left paying for the tow, diagnostics, and repairs yourself—even if the vehicle leaves you stranded less than two weeks after you buy it.
