Moe was amazing and kind and patient! They made the entire process so easy and understandable. They are very personable and professional and definitely recommend them if you are looking for a good deal.

Although, the individuals themselves are really great, the car buying experience is less than favorable. The mechanic is unavailable permanently, the warranty offered with the vehicle isn't accepted anywhere then your told your better off not using the warranty cause the deductible like what? the labor cost is the deductible alone, I bought the vehicle in May and have been telling them it is an issue since I have gotten it and have been completely disregarded, mind you upon purchase I was the buyer and they enforced needing a cosigner when I have never needed one in the past, I got one and they then process my car as the co owner's and not mine making me the co owner without my permission or knowledge until after the paperwork was signed, then was told the deal was going to be cancelled i said good ok cancel it and then calmer manipulative tones were used, just not a great experience purchase at your own risk, someone told me this beforehand working with them and I laughed and look at me now crying later, DO NOT BUY HERE

This has been the worst car-buying experience of my life. I feel like I was sold a lemon. I Only had the car 3 months and it broke down twice I was promised the problems would be fixed and that they would stand behind the vehicle but that was all lies when my car broke down the second time and I brought it too them they basically told me get it off they’re lot and that they aren’t a mechanic. I even asked for a mechanic referral and they told me they didnt do those… Now they’re refusing to release my car unless I make another payment, even though they haven’t even taken the time to properly diagnose what’s wrong with it Or even take a look at my vehicle and it’s been there 2 weeks now.They’re expecting me to keep paying for a car that doesn’t work while doing absolutely nothing to fix the situation. What made this even worse was the way I was treated. The staff was rude Kareem And Jennifer ARE SO disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Instead of trying to help, I was met with attitude, profanity, and behavior that no customer should ever have to deal with. Being cursed at and spoken to with disrespect after spending my hard-earned money there is completely unacceptable. This dealership was quick to take my money but has done everything possible to avoid taking responsibility afterward. I feel completely misled, taken advantage of, and ignored. If you’re thinking about buying a car from Castle Auto Group, think twice. Get every promise in writing because, based on my experience, their word means very little. I regret ever doing business with them and will be pursuing every option available to hold them accountable.
