First of all this was the best car buying experience I've had! I've had many cars since I was 16yrs old. A few months ago my car broke down and the amount for the repairs were not worth it. I knew I needed to start looking for a new car. I've had so many cars I'm very cautious when I shop. After months of paying ppl for rides (and Uber/Lyft) for the first time in my life. I was drained with the transportation situation. I saw Donnell's sign "RENTAL CARS". Gave him a call, he had reasonable requirements and got me right into one IMMEDIATELY. I spent a few months paying for the rental weekly at a great price. Along the way my daughter lost the car key and he got me a spare the same day. Few weeks later the rental wouldn't start one morning. I called him about 7 am and he was very prompt with bringing another one. A few days later I got a flat tire on the second rental and this man was like road side. He immediately plugged the tire and got me back on the road in less than an hour. His service was so great that I knew once I got my money right I would go and buy a vehicle from him and that's what I did. I told him my preference and he found me one of the best SUVs I've had in my life (within one week). I get so many compliments on my new wheels and I am forever grateful. If you're looking for top notch service, a reliable ride, with someone who's prompt, cares about how you feel, and how you spend your money then holla at my boy!! From talking to Allan on facebook to reaching out to Donnell and being willing to meet me outside of operation hours, 10/10 experience with these guys. Super friendly, affordable, and most importantly, honest. I cannot understate how happy I am to have found the car I purchased as well as met a car salesman like Donnell! Great stuff guys.

I have been looking all over for a decent reliable vehicle at a reasonable price, seems impossible these days. I had found a nice looking car on Facebook marketplace, and messaged the seller, which was Don. He made sure to get back to me pretty quickly, answered my questions, and set me up with a loose appointment time because I live over an hour or so away! We got there ans the car was awesome! The mechanic Alen ( I am terrible with names so my apologies if I got his name wrong) but Allen was great! He ran me down on everything about the car, he was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, he was really a nice honest guy! Don was super busy while I was there and he was awesome too! Don basically knocked all the fees off so I only paid tax on the car, he gave me a great price, and while I was signing my paperwork Allen even washed the car for me real quick! Oh and Allen even filled it up with gas while we were there too! It was a great experience, from some good guys! You know buying a car csn be stressful but these guys were upfront about things and professional and I respect that. I definitely recommend if you need a car to look these guys up and see what they can do for you! Definitely a good experience!

This was my first time buying a car from a dealership, was kind of nervous. I went to look at the car I told him I wanted it but I wouldn’t be able to get it for a few days until I got paid (I was $150 short). He worked with me and I got the car. Great people. The car hasn’t given me no trouble already took it to Columbus and back. I would hands down recommend them to my friends and family if they needed a car! I think the owner said he’s had that dealership for over 20 years and it shows! Thanks again guys!

This is my third vehicle I have never had major issues as I am having with this latest vehicle I have only had it maybe a little over 30 days I knew normal things would need to be taken care of but this car has shut off completely no power on the freeway with my babies in the car. Tire blew on me on the freeway, steering wheel was faulty driveshaft went next and its has major unknown leaks. Literally just yesterday my muffler fell off. I travel from Cleveland to Akron just to deal with Donell because he’s an honest guy but this has been a nightmare I honestly don’t even want to continue to pay for this headache.
