Perfect Auto Collection

I've been to every type, size, and kind of dealer known to man. 147 cars over my lifetime. And Perfect Auto Collection was by far the quickest paperwork I've ever experienced. Ron was my salesman and was terrific. Picked me up at the airport like clockwork and the car was as promised. Absolutely pristine. Met the owner and he was also very nice and down to earth. All of the crew there were nice but I did have one problem. The paperwork was done so QUICKLY that I had time to kill before going back to the airport. LOL . I hung out with some of the crew there and then was driven back to catch my plane. I can't tell you how many times I flew our to see a car and the condition it was in was not even close to what was promised. This car is a 2017 Bentley Mulsanne and my neighbors thought it was brand new. Thanks to Perfect Auto for making the purchasing experience so pleasant, and my hats off to my salesman Ron, for delivering EVERYTHING that was PROMISED.

My husband spent a month looking for a Mercedes S63 AMG Coupe. There are not many of these models available throughout the country. He was a bit reluctant to purchase without seeing it in person nor taking it for a test drive although he has owned different 63 AMG models. Perfect Auto was so accommodating upon his request to have a PPI done by the local Mercedes dealership... no reluctance whatsoever. The car checked out great except for some few very minor things which Perfect Auto took care of for us. We decided on a road trip and flew up from GA and drove the car home. They even offered to pick us up from the airport. The experience was above the 5 stars I can leave on this review. Their showroom and inventory were amazing, we knew we were dealing with a very high end and conscious shop owner. If you are from out of town and considering to purchase your next vehicle from them, please do not hesitate.

I am not a person that typically leaves reviews. If you do a great job - good that’s what I paid for, however for this experience I will make an exceptions Caveat: I only entered 5 stars because thats all that was allowed. in Dec 2025, I purchased a frozen orange BMW M8 convertible and this was by far the most amazing deal that I have ever been a part of. I was hesitant buying a car from Ohio, living in Texas and to be honest when I called about the car - I was still on the fence until I started talking to the Staff, and when I say staff I mean everyone. It started with Mike, he was my sales person, I called the poor guy at 5PM on Dec 21st as he was on his way out of the delaership to go on vacation with his family. We discussed numbers and he wasnt pushy or over bearing; he heard me out and then we came to an agreement.He was away as I continued to call the dealership ( I am one of those people with a million questions) and I got transferred to Corey ( Owner, I believe ). This experience was amazing, I asked if i could get the car for Christmas and he didnt over promise and he didnt sugar coat things. He laid out what the possibilities were and delivered on everyone of them. knowing that it was christmas and newyears he even extended his money back guarentee. Mike, came back from vacation - we closed the deal and he sorted out the transport. Told me it couldn’t come on Christmas because he didn’t want to risk using a sub par transport option. I respected that. To my surprise the car arrived on Dec 26th at 8am. I took it to BMW for a pre purchase inspection and discvered that the rear tires were just under the 60 Percent "Perfect Promise", I called and talked to Peerce ( GM) and he rectified the issue - no questions asked. This was all within days of my first call inquiring about the car. I could not have asked for a better experience buying a car. I will be making a big purchase in the coming year for my Wife's milestone birthday and without knowing the car yet - I know the dealership - Perfect Auto. I highly recommend this dealership to any person like me - serious when it comes to spending my hard earned money. These guys do what they say are going to do - they honor their word and they do it fast. As promised gents, I will be sending you guys a couple bottle of champs to celebrate the success of the very special purchase of my dream car, and I look forward to doing our next deal.
