I had an amazing experience here! They showed me my options in my price range. The prices are very fair and they don't pressure you to buy a car. Mandy was very kind and on the test drive i seen an issue and they corrected it immediately. offered my first oil change in my area at no cost to me. I don't live locally so they really did accommodate me. I don't think people realize they are buying a used car and it wont be 100% perfect but they are upfront and honest. I would go back again and highly recommend going and purchasing from them.

This is by far the best purchase I’ve made when it comes to getting a vehicle that suites mine and my families needs. The car is reliable and very well maintained. Patrick was very honest and helpful throughout the whole process from looking at the car to signing paperwork. There were also no hidden fees which most car lots have. A bonus was the car had a full tank when I pulled off the lot. Definitely would come back for future purchases.

Negative stars if I could. All this 5 star review are a trap and I fell for it. Brought a car from here for my daughter’s 18th birthday. A 2016 Jeep Renegade Christian ensure me nothing was wrong with the car, told me his sister and her boyfriend been driving it, and it came with a warranty. First 2 weeks everything fine then boom in the shop it went, they had it for a little over a week waiting on warranty to say they were going to cover it. My daughter drove it for another about another week it turns off on her while she was driving. Made an appointment to Firestone they recommended I take it to Jeep because the problem that was going on. I take it to Jeep and boy when I tell you the estimate was 17 pages and nothing was covered by warranty! A 25,000 dollar estimate for a 7000 dollar car. Thinking since the car cost that amount it was decent! Yea right! The mother so unprofessional wish I would’ve meant her that day she would’ve saved me 3600 dollars! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I’m screwed for 3600 hundred I paid already and I’m stuck paying the rest of the payment. For a car I can’t have my daughter driving until it’s safe to drive!

House Cars 4 U is a complete SCAM!! They will sale you ANYTHING just to get a sale. So when I got there it was a mechanic that approached me. Everyone I spoke to which was the mechanic & the sales man Christian I told them EXACTLY what I was looking for. Christian recommended a 2011 Mitsubishi. He knew there was something wrong with the vehicle before I even drove it. The sensor for the gas wasn’t working properly & ended up finding out almost 2 weeks later that the gas tank needed replacing because when you drive the vehicle all you could smell was gas. They wanted me to pay for the repair of a vehicle they knew had issues. NO ONE was on the same page when it came to pricing & what was wrong. They end up putting me in a Chevy Cruz which I do like. It should have been a fair price swap because both vehicles I was told the price was only $100 difference but of course they wanted more money. I do not recommend this place horrible customer service. They are all about fixing the car up just enough for you to drive it home then you find out all the things they didn’t tell you in the beginning! DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE😡 Mandy Is Extremely Rude!!!!
