I Have bought 3 vehicle's from this dealership, And my Brother has bought 4, Hand's down, The best buying experience i have ever had at a used car dealership! I will never buy a car from anywhere else! Don and Lenore were fantastic! Very professional, Honest , and at times comical, Which made the finance part of the deal a breeze, They also provided me with a free CARFAX on the vehicles i was interested in, and Don was able to give me a great discount on the jeep i bought. This is a very family oriented business, and you can tell they care about their Customers, which is hard to find at any of these other places, and that is why i highly recommend buying a car at K&D AUTO SALES.

We were shopping around for a used van. They hand one on the lot. Ken was great. We did a test drive then came back a few days later for a inspection at our garage. Our mechanic got a little behind, but Ken said, "No problem." We bought the vehicle and couldn't be happier. One of the friendliest dealers I've ever met.

Just worked with Ryan and his dad Don to trade in my Civic and purchase a CR-Z I found on Cargurus. Had to drive 150 miles to do it, but they were totally understanding and gave great custom service. Even worked with my credit union to handle the check. Completely worth the road trip, don't sleep on these guys if they have something you like.

I live about 2 hours away.So I inquired on a vehicle via the internet, they were quick to respond asking what I had to put down. I Did explain that I have a current bankruptcy and that my trustee was willing to sign off.He asked that I submit an online application to finance that he had a bank that would work with me. He stated it would take 24 to 48 hours to get a response after 4 days. I sent a message. It took 2 days to get a response. And the response was to have my husband Complete a finance application as my co borrow. He completed the application and I let them know that it was compleaded. We are 4 days later, I've set multiple text messages and I have yet to hear back from them. Very, very poor customer service. If I didn't qualify a simple text or email or a phone call to let me know would be sufficient VS me and my multiple multiplle text messages begging for a response. But in Reading the other reviews I get it now. The customers are nothing. It's what we can give them. And why does it take 24 to 48 hours to hear about financing? Because if you come to the office it doesn't take that long, it's basically 10 minutes. I guess that should have been my red flag. So my suggestion would be to stay away.
