I had a great experience working with Bailey on purchase of my new 2026 GMC Sierra 1500. I was not expecting to commit to buying the vehicle the day I came in to have my trade-in evaluated, but he made the process easy and painless and I signed the paperwork for my new truck the same day. Details and communication were clear. My new vehicle was ready to go with accessories on time the next week when I agreed to pick it up. Great experience.

6-6-2026 Traveling through Fargo on a Saturday afternoon and check engine light comes on, but not blinking I stopped in hoping and Dylan said yes, but most likely no work done today. Code cylinder 6 misfire Said it could be anything related from simple to hard He reset it and 5 hours later No check engine light 🙏😎👍 Need help, give em a chance

Bought a car a few months ago. Had it not been for the price I would have went elsewhere. The lady that helped me didn’t even know how to fold down the seats. Car wasn’t fully detailed when I bought and when I said something when I picked it up she just shrugged me off. Was also told I’d get a discount gas card. That never came so I went in and asked about it. The guy that helped me said he’d try have another one sent but didn’t seem to care. I likely won’t buy from here again

I went to Luther Buick GMC to have an oil change, tire rotation, and all tire pressure monitor sensors replace. To replace tpms, you need to take off all 4 wheels and disconnect and replace tpms from the tire valve stem. I asked if I would be charged for a tire rotation being the tires are taken off and put back on because of replacements of tpms. The service advisor said I would be charged for the tire rotation. I asked why. He said it was a separate service even though there was no additional work done to be done. I told the service manager that I thought the practice was dishonest. Thus I had my tires rotated and sensors replaced at another store. Policies like that give auto service a bad name.
