I recently bought a BMW from FM Auto Sales LLC, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The car was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and in great mechanical shape. You can tell they actually take care of the cars before putting them up for sale. What I appreciated most was how easy they were to work with. No pressure, no rushing, and they were upfront about everything. They let me look over the BMW as long as I needed and even encouraged me to take it for a good test drive. The price was fair, the paperwork was fast, and the customer service felt genuine. I left feeling confident about my purchase, and the BMW has been running perfectly. Definitely a dealership I’d recommend if you want a solid used car and honest people to work with.

We’ve had such a great experience every time we’ve worked with them. My family has bought multiple cars from him over the years, and that alone says a lot about how much we trust him. Him and both of his sons are amazing, honest, patient, and always willing to work with us. They take their time, answer all of our questions, and truly care about making sure you leave happy. It never feels pressured, just genuine and professional service every time. We’ll definitely continue coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable car and a smooth buying experience!

I would consider buying a car from any other dealership, they listed a 2020 Hyundai sonata. They said “no accidents, clean title” and all that but I found a car fax and they hid the car basically being totaled and had structural damage, then I called them out and saying to get a new inspection and then said they had problems with the engine and timing chain which was to be expected with a accident like that then said they would take it off the market but they didn’t and they made a new post a day after probably for someone who doesn’t do their research so they could scam them, very shady, go to any other dealership in the area please

Do not purchase from this dealership. We bought a car from them at the end of January, it doesn’t even have plates yet and we have already poured almost a grand into fixing it, despite being told it was in great shape. Batteries were shot, coolant line was very poorly “repaired” and was leaking. We noticed too late on the way home from picking it up that the heat didn’t work - mind you it was a 5 hour drive and it was -30°F outside. I just had to pick my husband up from work because, surprise surprise the piece of crap won’t start again. I regret ever having contacted them, please look somewhere else for a car.

I called yesterday to inquire about a car advertised on Facebook and drove 1-1/2 hours to find it not as advertised. It was advertised as a plug in hybrid, when it was a traditional gas powered hybrid. The car had obviously been in an accident and poorly repaired. The damage explained the low price.
