Back in Sept. 2019 I purchased a 2005 Honda Pilot. I wanted to wait to do a review for a few months. Salesman was very nice and was not trying to press any kind of snag on me. He was also very patient with me as it took a few weeks for me to finish the purchase process ,which was effortless. On top of all this the Vehicle still works great with nothing other than an oil change needed after some time. Highly recommend!

For my first financing experience, I can say that I was super excited about doing business with this dealership however my perception immediately changed after being ignored by the owner when the vehicle I JUST got from them was damaged by THEIR “mechanic”. 2 weeks after financing purchase, I was told to come by to get the GPS installed and that it would only take 30 minutes - an hour at most yet I wind up waiting there for just about 3 hours! Not only that, but before driving off…my boyfriend just so happened to overlook the vehicle & to validate his intuition, there were damages to the back bumper area! No damages were found on the vehicle that I wasn’t made aware of prior the down payment, not when I initially purchased the car or before bringing it to get the GPS put in. The damages were first brought to the salesman and the mechanic’s attention who both quickly denied any foul play and dismissed us by saying we were looking for issues & that the damages may have happened before coming in…which were both false accusations! Shortly after, the owner was made aware of what happened….I haven’t heard back from him and it’s been 3 days. I personally don’t like to do business with unjust, unfair and inhumane practices which upsets me that I’m even in a 4 year contract with these people. It’s disturbing at 37 weeks pregnant, I have to stress repairs on a car I just got and didn’t cause damage to. Not only that but I can’t even get any resolution from the owner or explanation as to what happened to the car when it was under the mechanic’s care for 3 hours! Funny business, I recommend triple checking your car before leaving off their lot. Have your own mechanic check it out & only communicate when payments are due(needless to say, I haven’t even been notified of when my payment date is )..FYI, the car runs great! I’m not upset about that part at all but these aren’t people who understand or respect business ethics.

‼️ Important ‼️ I am reporting a fraudulent incident involving my purchase of a used 2014 Nissan Ultima. The seller assured me that the vehicle was in good condition, requiring only an oil change. However, upon further inspection, when I got my car diagnosed, I discovered multiple issues, including a severely degraded battery with mold and acid, no airbag, and a tendency to stop randomly in traffic. Despite presenting the seller with documentation of evidence of the issues, he remained dismissive and rude. I got my car semi-fixed and was still making a $398 car note every month. Furthermore, I discovered a $7,000 loan that was not disclosed in our initial agreement. I am seeking assistance and considering legal action against the seller due to concerns about the welfare of others who may have been affected by his actions.

Scam artist dealership, purchased a vehicle from them that was not repaired properly. Transmission line fell out of transmission shortly after purchasing. Shop said they didn't install the line correctly causing it to come loose and ruin the transmission. Tried to talk with owner and explain what happened and he was extremely unprofessional, rude, and yelling on the phone. Refused to do absolutely anything about the situation. Please do not consider purchasing a vehicle here, no matter what the price is.
