FAM WISE LLC

Very friendly, good service, very punctual, my title was delivered quickly and at a good price. I recommend it to everyone if they need a good, nice, and cheap used car.

If you are checking this place out, stop. Look across the street at Corwin Public Wholesale (one of the workers told me that when I voiced my concerns about a vehicle). If you decide to ignore this advice, make sure you take whatever vehicle you are buying from FAM WISE LLC to any mechanic for an inspection before you buy it. If the inspection shows a list of things that need to be worked on your best bet is to walk away and look elsewhere. They will not negotiate so they can profit. The owner only cares about making a profit by any means necessary. That also includes selling vehicles falling apart. The manager/salesperson is good to talk to and work with but if you have doubts walk away. Do not give them money as they do not do refunds. The sold AS-IS comes before anything else. I personally did not take my own advice and made a very costly mistake doing business here. I also left with a final vehicle that I am not happy with. Titles are not readily available. The manager says they all take two weeks to get. Long story short: look somewhere else for a used vehicle.

Paid off my car in December 2024 and I have not gotten my title, It’s been almost a year later and I’ve showed up In person to talk to them at least six times so I could get my title and they keep on telling me they’ll send it to me in a week or so, but they haven’t, Now they’re blocking my calls and the last two times I showed up in person they had their door locked and won’t answer, This place is ghetto and sketchy. Do not get your car from here. Ps My dashboard started lighting up like a Christmas tree three days after I got the car, So if you also don’t want a shitty piece of metal then definitely don’t go here

This is what happens when you buy a car from this place. They took advantage of an older lady with a tight budget and sold her a Nissan with 347k miles that they swapped the odometer and made it look like 110k (carfaxes don’t lie guys), failed to disclose that it has no working lights in the back, that the power steering is barely functional, and that IT RANDOMLY DIES AT 9PM ON A BUSY ROAD AND OUTS HER AT RISK OF INJURY OR WORSE. DO. NOT. BUY. ANYTHING. FROM. THEM. Their favorite line is “oh we just got it, don’t know much about it but it’s in good shape” No. They buy the cars Corwin won’t even sell from the auction and try to bandaid them so they can leave you, the consumer, stranded. Run. Away. Any other place would be a better option. You could probably find a more reliable vehicle at a junkyard.

Bought a car for my daughter nearly a year ago. Paid in full and was told I would receive the title in the mail. A year later, and they are no longer accepting calls from me and nobody is in the shop. I also had to put $2500 of repairs into a car that costed me 5k. I cannot believe they are still in business. They are all over the news for their shitty business.
