I've heard many stories from people who have had bad experiences here (and I believe them) but I've purchased 2 cars from them over the years and had no issues either time. The people have been kind, helpful, and professional.

My Scion FRS no longer works not long after doing all repairs recommended to me at this Toyota dealership. They said repairs would take a week; it took over a month. In which time they gave me no updates, ignored my call and texts while they took apart and put back together my engine three separate times because when they put it together it misfired. I originally brought the car in for the Safety Recall J02, engine valve spring replacement. Having things apart, they recommended replacing the air filter, oil pressure sender, replace clutch kit, resurface fly wheel, remove and replace cylinder head gaskets, and spark plug tune up. They sent the heads to a machine shop for inspection. The shop installed new valve seals and returned to Toyota to install.  The vehicle then was misfiring, so Toyota removed the head again and sent it off to the machine shop to reinspect.  They determined the misfire was due to the valve guide and sent back to us to install.  After the installation Toyota had another misfire code due to the camshaft actuator.  Toyota replaced the camshaft actuator and returned the vehicle to me. 4 Months and less than 2000 miles later when out of town, my FRS started making a rattling sound when I was traveling around 60 mph.  I engaged the clutch to see if I could hear the noise better and then experienced the engine shaking (loudly) and all the lights appearing on the dash.  I slowed the vehicle down and took it to the side of the road. This dealership offered no help. I brought the FRS to another Toyota dealership in the area to be inspected. I feel defeated and lost. I did the repairs they recommended with the recall because I love the car and wanted it to last. Now after dumping so much money into it, I am left with nothing. Do not recommend using this dealership for car repairs.

Drove 3.5 hours to look at vehicle Andrew said he’d have available for us to test drive at 4pm. Arrived to the dealership to find out “they couldn’t find the keys”. After waiting 45 minutes Shawn (assisting Andrew because he was “too busy”) let us know the car was sold, but he had another vehicle for us to test drive . The car was not anything I was looking for. There was no curtesy of my time, they were only looking for the sale. Seems as though this may be a strategy they use to get you into the doors. I will never be going back to this Corwin Auto.

Lie about repairs to get sale. Almost impossible to contact. Bought a 2023 jeep gladiator willys certified pre owned and was told they will replace the rear bumper. They replaced the ski and told us they replaced the whole bumper and will not respond to correct this issue. I strongly recommend to avoid this dealership at all costs.
