I had a great experience with Oak City Motors! I worked with Tim to buy an Audi S4 and he was amazing through every step of the process. They gave me a fair trade-in value for my car and a fair price on their car. There was an issue with the warranty I purchased (they used a third party company) and they got me a full refund upon request! I would absolutely recommend Oak City Motors to anyone interested in buying a used car.
I ABSOLUTELY Love Oak City Motors..!! They have been a Blessing 2 me.. Self Employed income still allowed me to get Financed..!! And at a low rate..!! I love my Odyssey..even referred my sister who purchased a vehicle the next Month..!! I Highly Recommend Oak City Motors Logan & Tim have Exceptional Customer Service qnd Super-Friendly..!! And even meet the Owners..
Me and my parents went here right at 2 years ago and purchased a 2012 ford edge. So far this as been a very reliable car and only thing we’ve ever had to do to it was put on a valve cover gasket. I would definitely purchase from them again. I am currently looking for a good deal on a Jeep Grand Cherokee with them.
Bought a new vehicle for the winter and Tim handled it quick and easy. 10/10 for me Update: There are alot of repairs that was needing to be done about 2 months later such as the brakes, shocks, struts, pcv leaking into air filters. Completely rusted on the bottom Would not buy one from here again.
