I recently purchased a 2009 Toyota Prius from Atlantic Auto House, and I had a very positive experience working with Jemil and the team. He never pressured me into making a decision and was willing to answer my questions openly. As a cautious buyer, I arranged for a pre-purchase inspection at a Toyota dealership. Jemil was cooperative and understanding throughout that process, which gave me confidence that there was nothing to hide. After the inspection, we had a reasonable and respectful discussion about the findings and were able to reach a fair deal that worked for both sides. I appreciated the professionalism, patience, and willingness to negotiate in good faith. Buying a used vehicle can sometimes be stressful, but this experience was straightforward and transparent from start to finish. Great dealership. Very informative and they are not pressure oriented. They want you in a car only if you want to be in that car. Spent alot of time with us after hours due to my schedule conflicts.....bent over backwards to make us a happy car buyer. Great selection of cars and the 4 Runner we got was better than expected and was a great buy for us.

Purchased a 2012 Dodge Durango. Thought this was a good dealership. I know it’s “ buy as is” but it would’ve been nice to know the vehicle needed a whole new motor before I bought it because it would’ve stayed in the lot. They just rip people off and don’t tell you 100% what is wrong with the car. Now I have no way of getting anywhere with it 3 children. Not worth the 5k I spent. Thanks a lot :) I’ll be leaving the same review with the BBB as well.
