As a student from a different state I wasn’t sure where to begin with finding a quality car and service within my $6k budget. I had done my research and visited several auto dealerships in surrounding cities often leaving unimpressed with my options, but it wasn’t until I came across JV Motors that I felt confident about purchasing a new (to me) car! I absolutely loved the service here, the salesman was understanding of my budget and transparent about the condition of the cars etc. I was able to test drive several cars and I had so many options to choose from. I'm grateful to have found a reliable local auto dealership, especially that also speaks Spanish. My dad was able to ask all the questions he had and was able to physically inspect the car himself. You are also allowed to bring a mechanic with you as well. I will definitely recommend this auto dealership to my family and anyone I know looking for fairly priced, affordable and quality cars, with family friendly service! Thank you JV motors and crew! 💜

The business owners that constantly reply to their Google reviews? Like stop doing that, these aren't questions that need answering they are writing after they have had all the intended reactions so just let it be. If you want to offer 5 star service to convince them you are 5 star then do it in person in real life arguing over a Google account? That Just shows unprofessional conduct and that your low rating is deserved. I understand wanting your business to be good but the only ok response to a 1 star is thanks for your honest review and we will try harder to meet our customers needs in the future but arguing over little points with people that are already feeling anger toward you? No.

I called them about financing a car. The lady that works there told me that several financial companies refused my application. We I checked my credit report, JV Motors was the only company that ran a credit check on me. I said to her" I thought it was in house financing"? She said,let me reach out to my boss and get back with you. Never happened. Don't lie about business if you need people's business....👎👎 The bottom line is she lied Has nothing to do with anything not going my way. That car I inquired about could have been a cash purchase. 3999.00 doesn't impact my pockets. Be more professional next time

We went there to buy my son’s first car. We took it to the mechanic today (as we could not get into see them until now) and there were cleared codes, damage that was undisclosed, the fuel line was leaking, the brakes need to be replaced, the tires are dry rotted, and apparently it had been previously wrecked and repaired poorly. None of this was disclosed to us at purchase. The owner of the lot appeared to be genuine and caring but with this laundry list of problems there is no way I can call them honest or caring. This post is let anyone who reads it know how dishonest this company is in their deceitful dealings and to never trust anything that comes off this lot. Lesson learned.
