These guys. This is not the first time a buy a car from them. I've been doing business ess with them for the last 17 years. Every car I bought, was used by me without problems. When I am ready for a newer car, I go to them. They always have more choices than I ever want. Their staff are professionals and their number one goal is to make sure you are satisfied with what you chose. They always went the extra 10 miles to make sure my satisfaction is their number one goal. Ask for Charlie. He is the nicest Used Car man I have ever met
I bought a 2017 Mazda MDX here (126k miles) and was very pleased. I came to look at a cheaper car but its condition matched its price. Jason, with no pressure at all, asked what was important to me (3rd row seat, AWD, etc) and showed me 2 cars on the lot that fit my needs. One middle priced and the one I bought. I'm very pleased with the service I got and the quality of vehicle I purchased. Jason is a very good, low/no pressure sales person with your best interests in mind. One small nit - License Plate delivery was not very fast, but it worked fine and they shipped it to my home. I highly recommend Mira Auto and Jason for your next used car purchase.
Was looking for another car, after I bought 1 about 6 months earlier from Mira. My sons car was getting a lot of miles, and a replacement was needed. I gave him the Tiguan I bought from Mira, and bought an Audi Q5. Love the experience and the staff. Thanks for an easy transition.
This was the best dealership and salesman I’ve dealt with. AJ was so pleasant to work with. He greeted me like family when I got there. He was had everything worked out. He got me the best deal I’ve ever had as far as the down payment and monthly payments. He made sure everything was up to par on the car. I test drove the Hyundai Sonata and fell in love with it. Sold a car to a Mr. Creech with the wrong spare tire, no car jack, and were very late on getting the vehicle plates the customer service is okay but the dealership itself is not good. CHECK THE CAR FULLY!
