As you start life as a young person, you have every intention to make it the best life possible and are so optimistic about life. As you age, you realize that being a kid and teenager was a lot easier than being an adult. With that being said, despite me putting my best foot forward, always working hard, working overtime and always going the extra mile, I’ve come to realize that life is just hard. A year ago, I found myself in a spot of having my car repoed, despite me working all the time . In my defense, I made a bad choice when I chose the car I had been driving and was paying a ridiculous monthly payment of 830.00 a month for an average suv. I needed transportation needs asap as I still needed a reliable way to continue to get to my job. I visited benchmark auto and found a car, that maybe wasn’t what I wanted, but was what I needed. I chose a 2010 Prius as my ride. I was kit happy about having had a mid range suv, and stepping into this Prius. As the months went on, I grew to love the Prius and took care of her (she was named “the camel” by one of my coworkers). It’s been a year since I got that Prius and have been thankful everyday for the camel. Unfortunately a few weeks I lost my 87 yo mother. With her passing, she blessed all of her 3 children with inheritance. I am now able to purchase a vehicle, cash, and not worry about a car payment or anyone coming to repoe it. I returned the Prius today, to Benchmark auto, with a heavy heart as I am going to miss that “camel”, as she was there for me in a time a need as well as benchmark auto , being there to get into a vehicle that was reliable and affordable for me. The return of the Prius was seamless and easy. The staff was so attentive, sweet and grateful that I enjoyed their vehicle , as well as kind hearted about my recent loss . They also expressed their understanding of why I was returning the vehicle and congratulated me on the new adventure ahead of me. I highly recommend benchmark auto for your automobile needs. Their pricing is good, allows for a reasonable monthly payment, with a trust worthy vehicle in addition to a warranty . Thank you benchmark auto for being there for me in my time of need. The easiest car buying experience I’ve had. The staff is amazing. I worked hand-in-hand with I believe her name was Allison and Dean. They were able to get me in and out the dealership in under two hours. They were very helpful, thorough, professional, patient, kind, and most importantly, efficient. They have great cars for affordable rates in great condition. I highly recommend!!

The process of purchasing my new tahoe was such a smooth and easy process. everything was explained so well and any questions i had i got completely full answers that were very understandable! I hate to mislead anyone but facts are facts. I leased this Kia Optima 2008 close to the end of April and when I first checked it out, I was like that is going to be car. If you understand how hard it is to get a car and you have struggled months to get in something with budget then you would understand my storyline. My first instinct was these people are so nice and understanding but the problem is not so much within the sales department it is more with the company and not enough communication. My second week of having this car the speakers were blown. There’s noises from the bottom that might sound like it’s about to fall apart and the most issue within my third week was the engine light and transmission failure as well as the alternator. I have fought my battle with this car so much money for the payments and also you have to have their standard of insurance. Serious questions are not being answered because no one knows or communicate with their team. If you have money to waste go for it but if you need an honest helping company please do your best to get help from carmax or somewhere where you can make good payments on a used car that is worth it. Don’t make the same mistake I made 😍
