after my experience going in to get my old car fix I was looking around considering maybe getting a new car. I first had a bad experience with one of the sales men who spit on the floor in front of me I was so turned off and very unprofessional of him and didn’t want to go and do the extra step to get me approved for a new car . I approached a manager about my issue and Stacey what can I say about her she was so wonderful and understanding about my experience and made it right . She sat me down with someone who actually cared Chris k was so amazing like he went over and beyond to help me . Absolutely the BEST experience I’ve had at a dealership ever. I purchased my first “new” vehicle ever with the help of Triston. A 2017 Ford Explorer XLT. He walked me through the whole process, making sure everything was taken care of and understood all the way around. Even when it came to the test drive. The entire experience was organic He’s very professional and also very down to earth. The transaction was very fluid.
