Stevenson Hendrick Honda Jacksonville

I love this dealership! They are super friendly and easy to work with! They help you get to a place both of you are happy with! I can’t recommend them enough! Bryan made the process of purchasing a new vehicle feel super simple! He makes sure you know exactly what you are signing and answers EVERY question you have! He is super professional and VERY easy to get along with! I seriously was so glad I got to purchase a car from him! If I could give more than 5/5 stars I would!

Andrew Onativia was so professional and made me feel like my voice mattered. We test drove and worked out the details within a couple of hours and I was able to get my very first BRAND NEW CAR even as a “seasoned” adult. I highly recommend this dealership AND Drew for your car needs. I am so in love with my 2026 Honda HRV!!

I cannot recommend Hendrick Honda enough. We’ve now purchased three vehicles from them, and the service remains top-tier. Patrick M. and Chris F. assisted us with our last two transactions and were phenomenal to work with. They are attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their customers. They went above and beyond to help us get our daughter set up with a safe, reliable car for college. Thank you to the whole team for a seamless experience!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Jonathan! He was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions, helped me find my dream car, and even ordered it specifically for me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Jonathan was upfront and thorough when going over all the numbers, and he always had a great attitude. What really stood out was how dedicated he was to making the process as smooth as possible. He even communicated with me on days he wasn’t working to make sure all the necessary forms and paperwork were completed ahead of time so there were no surprises on the day of purchase. I truly appreciate the time and effort Jonathan put into making this such a great experience. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new car—he went above and beyond!

Sales definitely went above and beyond to take care of us. Shout out to Edgar, Gary, and Trey. Edgar is a fine young salesman very good with customer service and explaining the vehicles, Five stars. Gary was fast and diligent in the finance dept. Trey is a awesome general manager taking care of the customers. Thank you and we'll see you next time!
