Greg in Services and Gary in Sales; both were very knowledgeable in their areas. Pat assisted me in getting my cover for back of my truck. He also is in Sales. These men all were very courteous and Professional. In addition Ethan greeted myself on checking in, I have bought 5 vehicles from Ethan Oliver. That should tell you something. All these men were sincere in assisting in all areas. Thank you and I will be back for my next truck.

The Service Advisors’ at Marine Chevrolet are Great! Friendly and very knowledgeable. My advisor (Drew Dubois) goes above and beyond when addressing my needs. The service plan and cost are always discussed prior to beginning service of your vehicle. The ease of using one’s GM REWARDS MILES (Credit Card Earned) for payment of service is another positive at Marine Chevrolet. The Service Technicians that I have interacted with are top notch professionals in their field. This is my 2nd Chevy truck and I won’t take it anywhere but to Marine Chevrolet in Jacksonville,NC MNM

Once again I’ve had the pleasure of working with Casie Chang in service department. She has been truly amazing and wonderful. She’s been sooooo helpful with getting the problems I’ve had with my truck looked at and returned with helpful information to trying to resolving the situation. Her patience and understanding of my concerns has made me feel relaxed knowing she had my back with this all the way. She should be a candidate to get a promotion for her unbelievable customer service that she provides for the service department of Marine Chevrolet. Y’all need more like her . Kourtney was fantastic, scheduling me in on short notice. Emily greeted me with a smile and was able to add a State Inspection I didn't realize was due soon. Shiko was on the ball and pointed out that I'll need front brake pads soon. I'll get this car in for brakes as soon as it gets back in town and will schedule my other car for service soon as well. Can't beat Marine Chevrolet Service. So much easier than doing it myself.
