Shannon was great and was very helpful to get me into something with in my budget. I was at ease and did not feel pressure of any kind to pick a specific vehicle. Great service, great cars, and a great team. I went on their website on Tuesday night and saw the car I wanted so we went there and looked at it and they were close to closing Did all the paperwork and that Thursday we bought the car. Shannon is an absolute sweetheart and amazing woman. Will go above and beyond to do anything for you. She is the best and she sticks to her word. All of the staff was very friendly and very helpful. I got a car I really wanted that I picked I got 2010 Honda Civic Si with a great price! The car is awesome! Very clean. The best experience by far I’ve experienced in car buying. Didn’t feel any pressure at all. I encourage friends and family to come and look for yourself.

I had an absolute wonderful experience at Grand Slam Auto Sales. I came to them on the heels of a terrible experience with a “make” branded dealership in Jacksonville. They were not able to secure the title, I drove on dealer plates way after the window allowed, and even had to pay a fine because they dragged their feet telling me it would be best to turn in my plate on my trade in instead of transferring it. The communication was less than stellar and I made multiple trips to the dealership on their issues. I purchased a vehicle from Grand Slam and the experience from beginning to end was professional and caring. I had 2 minor issues with the vehicle and they handled it even though it was sold “as is”. I can’t say enough good about this dealership and would recommend them with no hesitation. Thanks for all your help Grand Slam!

I purchase a Nissan frontier and before I made my first payment discovered a noise coming from the rear end. My mechanic found water in the differential. More than likely the rear end will need to be replaced. Not a happy customer. Please be careful when buying a car from this dealership. With all this said I do understand that I bought a used vehicle. I would recommend if buying a vehicle from here have it checked out by a trusted mechanic first. This place is obviously not customer first otherwise they would inspect their vehicles before selling. I bought this truck to make my life easier but in turn it’s become a burden
