In my opinion, future 3-time Nissan Award of Excellence winner (currently 2-time winner). He made the entire process smooth, low-pressure, and straightforward from start to finish. There were no games, no gimmicks, and no wasted time — just straightforward communication and a real willingness to work with us to make the deal happen. I had my first great car-buying experience today!! This is not something I thought I would say but Don Williamson Nissan earned my business. Markus was my salesman and he was kind and down to earth, couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Mike the finance person was personable and didn’t try to upsell me on products I didn’t need.

I had an outstanding experience with Don Williamson Nissan in Jacksonville, NC. I had traveled all the way from Richmond, VA a 354 mile trip to purchase a 2020 BMW X7 M50i, and it was worth every mile! My husband and I purchased a Nissan Frontier from Don Williamson Nissan in 2025. Every staff member from the people at the front desk, to our salesman (Greg), manager, service department etc are always so friendly, kind, knowledgeable, professional and welcoming. We felt ZERO pressure when we purchased our vehicle and we are treated like family when we take our truck in for service.
