My wife and I were looking for a dependable commuter car for me to drive to work on a daily basis now that the cost of diesel is so high and found this 2012 Subaru Impreza at Explorer Auto Sales in Greenville, NC. Right away we were impressed with how incredibly nice and polite Ilyas was and for the fact that the Carfax report was included on the listing on their website, so right away we felt that they were not trying to hide anything. He gave us the key and stated if we had any questions at all to feel free to ask. We were free to check out the vehicle on our own with absolutely no pressure from a salesperson and was allowed to take it for a test drive. When we decided this was the vehicle we were going to purchase, Ilyas took all the time we needed to listen and answer all of our questions. The experience of purchasing a used vehicle usually carries a certain stigma about it but not here. If you're in the market for a dependable used vehicle at a fair price, I would suggest paying this business a visit. Ilyas and Josh are great people and will take good care of you.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and the experience was smooth overall. The staff was helpful, patient, and made the process easy and stress-free. They answered my questions and I felt supported during the purchase. However, shortly after buying the car, I started experiencing some issues with it. I would appreciate any guidance or support in resolving this currently waiting on a response. Overall, I’m thankful for the service during the buying process.

I will start by saying the guys who worked here were quite friendly. I had no issue with them personally. However, this place is a hot mess. The deck leading up to the office is so bowed, I was afraid I'd fall through it- I'm below 145lb by the way. The car we looked at was reasonably priced for it's mileage and age, if it hadn't been riddled with all the issues we discovered by takig it to a mechanic. I don't necessarily think they were trying to cover it up, but I did get the impression that they just didn't care all that much. If you do decide to buy from them, please, please, please do your due diligence and take the car to a mechanic to get a pre-purchase inspection.
