This review is a UHaul renting experience review with this company. We have recently moved across the country in midst of a shortage of 26ft trucks. However, we had the immense pleasure to have met Mrs. Phyllis. This sweet lady made it all possible with her great knowhow, endurance, kindness and willingness to help our family to get on the road with the UHaul truck. She had to problem-solve many different challenges which we encountered that weekend. Mrs. Phyllis went above and beyond! She is probably one of the most caring people in this business. We have rented many UHaul trucks, big and small, over the past 20 years with mostly alright experiences. This move was more complicated but nothing was too hard or too much work for this kind lady. Thank you for everything and so happy to have met you.
My family and myself have only used them for uhaul rentals. Amazing service, amazing people! God bless you all & thank you! See you guys again soon for another rental! Lol
Mrs. Phyllis was so great. She helped me so much and was so sweet. Loved this place
Exceptional service is an understatement when describing my experience with Mr. Glenn at Kings Auto.
My step daughter has her car towed at the request of the highway patrol I guess after it broke down. Was finally able to contact someone the next day and was told the bill was$567 so far! 11 miles in good weather. Doesn't seem reasonable to me, what do you think?
