We recently completed our 4th purchase from the Pecheles Automotive Group (Audi/VW) in Greenville, NC. Each transaction has been remarkably easy with no pressure and no hassles! On Friday afternoon, January 30, 2026, the day before Greenville’s historic 14” snowstorm, we found the exact pre-owned vehicle we’d been seeking. The car had been received as part of a trade that only concluded the previous evening, and had neither been cleaned nor had a service inspection. Our personable and capable Sales Consultant Seth Shelton was ‘on the ball’ however, and with concurrence from Audi Sales Manager Bill Anderson, promised to make sure all was accomplished and to personally deliver the car to our home the following week. Finance Manager Edwin Santiago had worked with us during a previous purchase, and was efficient and helpful in concluding our purchase in a timely manner. We even received an in-person thank you from Pecheles President, Brian Pecheles. Amazingly, were in and out the door in less than 3 hours after a very professional, yet relaxed transaction! The weekend snow slowed the delivery schedule a little, but by the end of the following week, Seth delivered our new purchase to our home almost 40 miles away, complete with state inspection and an oil change, 2 new rear tires, and new wiper blades. Our sincere thanks go to Seth Shelton, for the great job he did as our sales consultant, and for also delivering our pre-owned car to us. We have thoroughly enjoyed driving the car and exploring its features. My wife and I highly recommend the Pecheles Automotive family to anyone desiring to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle.

I had the easiest time purchasing my Toyota camry from here! The staff was knowledgeable, understanding, well accommodating and thoroughly explained everything. The transparency and patience when explaining things made it as stress free as it could be. I wish I could remember all three of their names but I do know John and Adel ! Took delivery of a new Audi A3 from Pecheles Automotive and was stunned to find they had slapped a vinyl dealer decal on the rear of the car. I peeled it off — and the outline is still etched into the paint/clear coat. So now I either live with a permanent advertisement for the dealership, or pay out of pocket for paint correction to remove damage they caused. Putting vinyl decals on a customer's brand-new luxury vehicle without asking is wildly unprofessional. Vinyl adhesive reacts with clear coat in sunlight — any detailer or body shop will tell you this. The fact that a dealership selling Audis doesn't know that, or knows and does it anyway, tells you everything. I would not buy from Pecheles again, and I'd warn anyone taking delivery here to inspect the car before signing and demand any dealer branding be removed in writing.

I leased a used vehicle from Pecheles 7 months ago but unfortunately I didn't have a credit score so my monthly payment was very high. I was assured by the lead finance advisor that if I make my payments on time for at least 6 months I could return and refinance the vehicle for a lower monthly payment once I had a credit score. So I did my part and once I returned to refinance the vehicle was told the loan was worth more than the vehicle. NO SHIT! The original loan was more then the vehicle was worth. I will never use Pecheles again
