I had a great experience servicing my vehicle. The customer service was excellent and timely, with consistent communication and updates throughout the process. Douglas Pullen was superb and treated me very well. He provided all the information I needed, answered my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated the level of service I received.

I have been a customer with Joe Pecheles for over 35 years. During this time, I've bought many cars. Compared to competitors, I feel I always get more features, an excellent warranty and a very reliable vehicle, which is very important in my decision to purchase. But what really stands out is knowing I can trust the people on the upper management team. I recently had an issue and dealt with Doug, COO. He was outstanding—genuinely caring, attentive, and focused on me as a customer. He took the time to listen to my concerns, responding thoughtfully and swiftly. His resolution was beyond my expectations. It’s clear he is very thorough and experienced. He truly cares about customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships. I appreciate knowing if I ever have a problem big or small, I feel I am dealing with somebody who is honest and cares about this dealership. Thanks Doug!!

We recently purchased a new car at Pecheles Hyundai. Neoklis Kelly was our sales associate and we were extremely happy with Neoklis'. He was patient, personable and very informative. Even when we had a minor issue with our new car, he went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We would not hesitate to work with Nick again if/when we were purchasing a car.

I had a very bad experience with a local dealership in Kinston, so I was very gun shy in going anywhere else to hopefully purchase a car. I originally met Anthony one Saturday as we happened to stop by real quick prior. Then a few days later, somehow my information landed in the hands of a local dealership so I thought, ok , let's see what they can do for me. After that I reached out to Anthony to let him know I needed him to help me get a car. A few days later, I ended up with some medical issues. After all that I had been through over the last few weeks, I can honestly say that Anthony and Craig never gave up on me and promised me that they would be able to help me. They did! All the men were amazing here and did everything they could to make sure my experience was amazing and that I was finally able to get a car. MJ, worked magic and got my financing, Anthony was professional, uplifting, kind and down to earth and Craig never stopped reaching out to follow up on getting me in a car. Even Ms. Pat, who came to my house and picked me up to take me to the dealership. Such a fun lady! Thank you to everyone! You cannot go wrong with the guys at Pecheles Hyundai.

So this is an edited review to my prior one which only gave the dealership one star. I had a couple different issues which I felt were very unfair and have brought them to their attention. After talking with their Service Director, David Smith, they have taken very good care of us with our issues and I am leaving to satisfied customer. He guaranteed me they will be doing some training with the staff to ensure issues like the one we had do not happen again, and I honestly believe him. Thank you, Pecheles Hyundai For making this right!
