I had a great experience at Just Whips! My boyfriend and I were met as soon as we arrived by Justin and he was quick to help us find what we were looking for. The cars were all super clean and well kept. Any issues we picked up on with the car I chose were fixed, there was one light on the dash from replacing a sensor but the team was happy to get that cleared up before we proceeded. The purchase process was easy and efficient, I’d definitely recommend Just Whips!

The guys at JustWhipsInc Were amazing and very professional. They’re willingness to stay three hours past closing to assure approval, showed their dedication to not only their work but their client as well. OMG, this dealership is the BEST PLACE EVER to purchase a used car!!! In North Carolina, there is a used car dealer on almost every corner, but the people at JUST WHIPS (love that name) take the time and make an effort to address any and all concerns. They even stayed open well past closing time to answer find the best financing interest rate available, and provide a detailed warranty contract. Mike Valentine (sales)and Maurice Williams (finance) went above and beyond to accomodate my needs. Mike Risheq (owner) took the time to meet with me and personally saw that the vehicle was serviced to the last detail. I came all the way from Connecticut (12hrs-1way) to see the car at JUST WHIPS. It was well worth the trip, and I would gladly make the trip again to buy my next car. In fact, l see a very nice vehicle on the lot that is almost ready to be listed...l might be back very soon.

Justin and Drillon at Just Whips have a ton of high end vehicles of all varieties. Justin was very patient with me and I went from casually looking to actually buying. He worked with me and communicated daily. And these guys are busy so I appreciated feeling valued and important. I finally decided on a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited X. This car is loaded with features you can find only on TrackHawks so admittedly I didn't even know this trim existed. Well it looked like a perfect truck but like most things it wasn't perfect. It was Equipped with brand new off road tires (which looked cool) but it affected the ride quality and on the highway, over 70 miles per hour the steering wheel was shaking, not absurdly but enough to walk away and I thought this won't work. (But boy, do I love how she looks) Also the blind spot monitor was staying lit and the air wasn't blowing cold consistently. Justin did not hesitate to promise to make it all right....And that they did, they got her brand new Street tires, alignment, balance, fix the blind spot monitor and recharged the a c. I bought it today, and she's running perfectly. They gave me what I wanted for my trade in and got my payments right where I needed. Can't say enough about these guys but I can give them a great review and highly recommend shopping with them for your next new ride, thanks again Justin!

My son is a first time car buyer and Just Whips has one of the best teams I've ever experienced! From the first impression encounter with Mike, to getting down to business with Maurice and then the finishing touches with the car detailer who went out of his way to finish the car off with a shine inside and out.
