One of the best experiences I have had at a dealership. The staff were nice very professional but always down to earth. Helen contacted me first and made the process very simply , she was friendly and answered every question I had. Me and Fred are basically cousins now lol. I walked off the lot with a 2018 392 Daytona scat and a 2021 gmc sierra . HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! 20 star review if I could. You guys are awesome and thank all of you for your service.

Couldn't be more happier with this dealership! I was shopping around for a Durango because I missed being in one. I seen this one, called them. I'm assuming the owner answer the phone. I asked him what the likelihood of getting approved for the 2015 Durango they had. I told them I only had x down and not a penny more. I was honest and told them my fiancé credit wasn't the best and he had 2 prior repos. The person I spoke with said he was about 80% sure he could get me approved and to fill out an application. So I did. I called back a few hours later as I hadn't heard anything. I got the news I was afraid of. They got me approved but I needed 6k down. I didn't have 6k. Not even close. Later that evening I got a call from I believe his name was Hash.? He told me who he was and why he was calling. I said yeah I know. I unfortunately didn't have the amount the bank wanted down. He told me that they have been running numbers all day and they got the bank to approve me with what I had down. They were just taking a loss on the price as they had to decrease it to make it work. I cried.! I was soo happy. They also said they were going to cover taxes for me until my fiancé got paid, and then to just bring it in then. We ran into a situation my fiancé and I had no idea about. Instead of them telling me sorry we can't hold the vehicle for 10days, they did and just took a bigger deposit. Day of purchase I of course had an issue with my current car and couldn't get there until 7:30. (They close at 7). They didn't care. They waited. Needless to say, I will never go anywhere else and will highly recommend them to everyone and anyone. I seen the reviews about cars having issues, so I will update in about 6 months, but my fiancé is a mechanic and didn't see a single red flag!! Thank you again. You made this pregnant momma very happy to be back in a rango and earned a life long customer!!!!!!

Jamal, Helen, and Abdul Were most helpful and accommodating when I was looking to trade in my old car for an upgrade. They went out of their way to make sure that I felt comfortable and had everything that I needed in my new vehicle. I would definitely recommend buying a car here, supporting local when possible is always best. And when the people are trustworthy and go out of their way to help it makes it so much easier to do so. Had an excellent buying experience with Helen, who was very responsive and clear with our communications. She was also very kind answering questions and assisting with all the details we had because we were purchasing from far out of state. And, Abdul was great with helping arrange delivery. They both eased my mind during the process, and the car arrived exactly as expected.

I am posting this regarding my mother’s purchase of a 2017 Honda Accord from Triad Imports and the experience she had with this dealership. Shortly after the purchase, her mechanic identified multiple serious issues with the vehicle that were not disclosed at the time of sale. The vehicle was later taken to Honda in Greensboro, where additional mechanical issues were identified that were also not disclosed prior to purchase. She returned to the dealership on June 6, 2026, and provided the owner with a detailed list of repairs that needed to be completed. The owner refused a refund but agreed to complete the repairs. The dealership kept the vehicle for three weeks, during which time she received no proactive updates unless she repeatedly reached out for information. When she attempted to get updates, she was spoken to in an unprofessional manner, including the use of profanity. When the vehicle was returned on June 26, 2026, none of the agreed-upon repairs had been completed, and the vehicle was returned in worse condition than when it was dropped off. This was the worst car buying experience she has ever had. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution and ensure any vehicle is thoroughly inspected before purchased from this place.
