Greensboro Auto Works (Auto Sales)

The sales team here is A+. No stupid runarounds or dumb bs. We got there, we were handed the keys and told to go crazy. The team was down to earth and felt like real people who sold cars. They were straightforward about what damage the vehicle had sustained and what they did to repair it. WITH PHOTOS! Only thing they said that was of questionable legitimacy was "they used only new parts" for the repair. They are definitely used body panels likely pulled off of another vehicle. Regardless the price was excellent for the Value! They even shipped the car for me! (I had it shipped so i could learn to drive manual safely in my home town.) They didn't even use like a shitty shipping service either! Bro pulled up in one of the most badass Ram trucks i had ever seen with a three times more expensive than my car Kaufman trailer that had custom underglow lights! All to deliver ONLY MY Fiesta!!! (I was secretly hoping the neighbors were watching my new car get hand delivered to my drive) The vehicle has been running exceptionally! My beautiful Fiesta ST is definitely used, but has so much joy left to give!

This place is absolutely amazing! My boyfriend Eric and I bought a 2008 Audi A4 2.0T back in February 2019 and have had the best experience with the people here including the car. Not only are they so friendly and help you find the car your looking for. But they also treat you just like you were family! The car has ran excellent and has given us no issues at all! Car looked brand new! The paint and everything was perfect! I will continue to purchase cars from Slates, and If you ever need a nice car at a good price I promise you these people will do you better then any car place in Guilford county! Thank you guys so much for selling me a reliable car for me and my family! HIGHLY recommend!!

Got a Car from them, 2011 Cadillac CTS4 3.6, no problems with it, drives excellent and they made it possible. I got my Dream Car that I always wanted.

Both my dad and I have bought cars from Big John at Slates Auto and they are great. Very affordable luxury vehicles! If it's not on the lot he will help you get what you want in your price range. Soon I'm going back for my second vehicle.

Well I bought a BMW 535i from Slates. I will say he is really well mannered and very kind. Well right before I bought he car they told me they have a mechanic look over every single car before they put it on the lot which I found out from my experience isn't true because my car now need $5,000 worth of parts and labor and now I'm having to walk everywhere I go after only having the vehicle for a month. The vehicle needed the 100k mile service whenever they received it so instead of them getting the service done they completely ignored it and slapped a "As is no warranty" sticker on the vehicle to cover themselves. From working at a dealership before myself just about every other dealership performs the service and inspection that is needed to save the customer from this kind of inconvenience. The only thing that saved this business from getting 1 star is the fact that Mr. Slate paid $500 to help me get my car out of the shop so they wouldn't throw a mechanic lean on the vehicle so they wouldn't sell it from being in their shop for a certain period of time. This was the first and last experience I will have with this dealership. Before you buy anything from this dealership with over 100k miles ask them if the vehicle has been serviced up to date and if they say if it did get it writing and save you and your wallet.
