#1 Auto Sales LLC

What a great place to do business with, the car was just as described, we ae very happy with our purchase, Liz handled everything , she was on it, and kept us informed through the whole process, even handled the shipping, I couldn't be happier with this car dealership, Liz is awesome. P. S. Give her a raise!

Update (02/28/26): My opinions have shifted some so I have updated this review to reflect it. So, it has not been very long since I bought a 2018 truck from this dealership, and there are already some fairly significant issues that need to be fixed that were not addressed at all. This vehicle I bought and test drove had squealing in the brakes, which I was impressed that they fixed on site while I was there. The process took a long time to get this truck and rolled off. It wasn't until a few days later that things began to go wrong on a supposedly "mint" condition truck. I know when you buy any vehicle as is, especially used, it will have issues at some point, but for several headlight/taillight bulbs to go out, some buttons don't work. Most of it was a relatively easy fix. My dealer Shantell was very good and sweet, and though it did take awhile to process everything, she was on top of things. I would not fault her. I am pretty happy with my service! (Note, it did not come with the camper shell. That was spur of the moment!)

The salesperson was very pleasant and transparent about the process. She informed me that the car that we were interested in was first come first serve. We paid cash and was able to secure the car. The process took less than 30 minutes.

Told Lizz i was on ny way to come see a vehicle she said was available, after traveling 2 hrs i get 10 min from her dealership and tells me that someone put down a deposit and it was no longer available. She knew how close i was and didn't have the courtesy to give me an option or chance. Pretty classless move, she did me a favor. My daughter’s first car will be purchased somewhere else. I recommend saving you're time , she doesn't care

I would STRONGLY advise anyone considering buying from this dealership to review their paperwork very CAREFULLY. I bought a 2011 Buick Lucerne, in August of 2024, because I was going back to college and needed a car really bad. The car ended up being repossessed in, September of 2025. In my experience, I was told I only needed to put $30 down on my vehicle. However, I later learned that a different down payment amount was reported to the lender. This directly affected my loan terms and resulted in monthly payments of $485 a month on a 2011 BUICK!!! Which ultimately became unaffordable. I had additional money available to put down at the time but was told it wasn’t necessary. The way this transaction was handled caused significant financial hardship for me and eventually led to the vehicle being repossessed. Not to mention the check engine light came on months after having it and also paid $1,100 because the car ended up breaking down due to the alternator. Which is why I have now started a small claims court claim to get the total price back on the car because they lied!!!! Transparency and accuracy in financing matter. I hope this review helps others ask more questions before finalizing a purchase.
