My name is Trent and I'm a 22 year old who was looking for a good reliable car since my last one of 4 years stopped working, and everyone was denying me due to my age except for freedom motors!! They really helped me and if it wasn’t for them I could have lost my job! They are the best!

This dealership sells bad vehicles. I bought a Jeep compass from them and ever since we left the lot it has been falling apart. When they sold it the seller said I would have a bumper to bumper warranty for 30 days. I called to discuss the problems and was told they’d call me back. They never returned my calls or helped me to fix the known issues they failed to correct. They specifically said everything is covered. The entire front end is being replaced at a cost of over $7000 and it needs new A/C condenser and the dealership will do nothing to rectify this situation. Monday I will have to contact a lawyer about this I have kept all receipts. I do not recommend this dealer To anyone unless they want to overpay for a fixer upper.

All I can say is never just sign on the dotted line. Make sure you read through documents. Make sure you bring a mechanic to check your car they will sell you some bullshit!!!! I had to put money into that car not even two weeks after purchase. I’ll check your battery because the one in my car was smaller then what was supposed to be in my car and they scrapped the serial number and information off the battery. Make sure you check your headlights and power windows work as well. The motor was out the back door.
