After much disappointment and time wasted going from dealership to dealership, I found this place and they saved the day. There are great things to say about this car dealership as my experience has been fantastic and the customer service is second to none. If you’re having a hard time buying/financing a car due to poor credit or little down payment, they are for you. Jackson, the gentleman who assisted me throughout the entire process was very pleasant to work with and knowledgeable. I’m thankful of his hard work in making it possible to get approved for the vehicle I wanted. Honestly, when he promised that I would leave driving and not in an Uber, I rolled my eyes and didn’t hold my breath but he didn’t stop until I got my car! — This was truly a blessing for me.

🚨🚨 I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Sell Your Car Today in Fayetteville, NC. ‼️LEMON LOT ALERT ‼️ At first, the staff seemed very nice and helpful during the buying process. However, that changed quickly once an issue came up. I recently purchased a vehicle from them and put $3,000 down. Within just a few days, the vehicle began having issues, including stalling on the highway, which put me and my family in a dangerous situation. I brought the vehicle back to the dealership and was told it was something minor (a loose battery terminal to be exact) and they simply cleared the check engine light because all of a sudden it was gone…Concerned, I had the vehicle inspected by an independent mechanic, and it was confirmed that the actual issue is a transmission problem. When I attempted to resolve this with the dealership and explained the safety concerns, their attitude completely changed. The same people who were friendly during the sale became rude and dismissive. I was told I could not return the vehicle and that it was “as-is,” despite these major issues not being disclosed. Before the owner said he wasn’t going to help us anymore he told me to bring the vehicle back again and they will fix it, but at this point I have lost all trust in their handling of the situation. And it’s a far drive for us to have to keep on coming back. I made a good faith effort to address this directly, but was met with refusal and no resolution. 🚨🚨Buyers should be extremely careful and consider having any vehicle fully inspected before purchasing. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend staying FAR away. I know someone of you may be in a tough spot and you are in desperate need for a car, but this place will make your situation ALOT worse you will get scammed.. just take you time shop around and trust God! 💯💯

Haley Jacobs husband car is complete trash Transmission is be replaced both cats O2 sensors camshaft, but the old man said it was all green would not pay for a thing. Do not go here. Best of luck if you do.

Don’t waste your time coming here, I bought a car from them in April of this year and it’s been in the shop 5 times for different issues over 8 months To respond: the car is in my husbands name it’s a 2019 Hyundai and when the car broke down the first time a month after buying it he called and was told that it was pretty much our fault because the car was in “perfect condition” when sold. We were then told to tow it from the shop we trust to fix our cars to some shop that tried to scam us on fixing it and charged us for things we told them not to do. It’s been in a shop 3 times after that and is currently in the shop AGAIN.
