Had a very good experience at Kelly & Kelly. Timothy, our sales rep was helpful in finding a good, reliable "first" car for one of my children to buy. He was knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and led us to a low milage car. Once we expressed interest, he took us inside to speak with the manager, Kevin. Kevin brought out a deal for our consideration. After some thought and number crunching I presented a counter offer. He proceeded to crunch numbers on his end and was able to meet us at a good price, a manageable monthly payment, with down-payment and financing. It's clear to me that he was interested in earning our business and wanted to be fair. We drove off the lot with the car and are happy with the service provided.

I have to say they was very respectful people helped me with gettin my car .. only had one problem but they was on it definitely would give them a chance thank you again

I’m not quite sure how to review this dealership. They were kind and professional and willing to work with me on the price and I felt like I got a fair deal but here is where it gets complicated. I paid cash for the title and a temporary tag. I thought I’d done a fairly good check of everything on the car prior to buying it but I missed two things. The drivers side rear window won’t roll down and the drivers side mirror literally came off. Simple fixes but had I have caught them earlier I would’ve offered less than I did. Other than that the car drives amazing and it’s beautiful. Note: This was bought As Is/No Warranty Update 4/22/2025 I wanted to do this ahead of time but I was pressed for time and bought the car without taking it to Audi to have them look everything over. Please, please make sure you have an actual dealership look over the used car you’re looking at. Audi quoted me over $7,000 worth of work.

Put a 100 dollar deposit on a car. They said they would hold it while I got the money together. SURPRISE SURPRISE: no refund on deposits. And they sold the car they said they would hold. When the head boss said "no refunds on deposits" I said "I'm glad I only put 100$" And he verbatim said "yeah you would have lost out on more" Crooks.

Car just bought by your customer comes into our dealership with multiple drivability and safety concerns. Leaking oil from literally everywhere and coming in with a cracked wheel.
