I gave them 10% dn on a vehicle for their layaway plan, after five months of weekly payments totalling 50% of the agreed sale price, i discovered they had switched the new rims with cheaper, disgusting looking rims and a bald set of tires, these people are underhanded thieves

Called by mistake thinking it was a repair shop because google led me here ... dude came off Hella rude on the phone, No customer service what so ever 😑 at 920 a.m. the day has barely began. Dont recommend if this is how he speaks over the phone.

After getting 2 cars from them and both break down after 2 months and they telling me that the car's are in perfect shape and nothing wrong with them. I will never be going back to them what do ever and advise that no one else do so. Be better going somewhere else. They will lie to your face just to get your money.

Warning to all people of color, especially age ranges from 20 - 35. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle from Westside Auto Sales, be prepared to be scrutinized, racially profiled, ignored, and lied to by the inconsiderate staff. I was just awarded a new position with my job and had to transfer to Charlotte from Georgia. I left my vehicle in there so my family would have transportation in my absence. I took a bus to Westside Auto Sales to purchase a vehicle to get back and forth to work. I walked around the lot for almost an hour and was ignored. No one asked me if I needed help or offered to assist me. When I went to the office to inquire about a vehicle I was interested in, I was met by a man named Rusty walking around prominently displaying a 45 mil gun on his hip. He acted like he didn't want be bothered and said whatever I needed to know about the vehicle is posted on the windshield,which I already knew. I wanted to test drive. When I told him I didn't have a vehicle to leave for collateral, he really lost interest in helping me. When he found out I had a Georgia's Driver's license, he stopped the process entirely and told me about the new state law that prohibits anyone from purchasing a vehicle without a North Carolina ID or license. Lies! I immediately asked for my license back and walked out the without any further interaction.

Don't buy nothing from them I bought a used jeep cash from them he said it won't stop on the road on you it's a good vehicle, I asked about the exclamation point light he said it was for tires. After only 2 weeks the check engine light came on I took it back up there it had a code he claimed it had to do with the gas cap and turned the light off told me let him know how long before it comes back on, if it comes on. It took a month for it to come back on he told me bring it back so his mechanic can figure out what's wrong it shouldn't be expensive to fix. or 1st off it he turned the light off he knew of the problem and was going to make me pay to fix it which is why he turned the light off. He claimed if they couldn't figure it out he'd send it somewhere where they would charge me $65 to see what's wrong. Darren is who I dealt with
