I wasn’t really looking to purchase a new car, but I'm glad I stopped by . I was greeted at the door by the manager named Sequoia . He happily put me on a test drive and was available after for the extra questions I had. Tyler was great too. Very helpful and extremely happy with the price of my new car! Highly recommend !

Was able to purchase my dream car from here, 2019 Hyundai Veloster turbo r-spec, unfortunately my original 2019 r-spec was totaled in a rear end accident, I'm very grateful to have found her again, especially for such a rare car, paperwork was simple and straightforward, and Sequoia was a pleasure to work with, great guy. Highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for great cars and a great buying experience. I'm not sure who had the r-spec before me but I'll definitely be taking very good care of it from here, can't wait to give it its first hand wash! And for anyone looking at the bad reviews for this place, they're for the older dealerships that used to be there!! This is not those dealerships, The Car Depot USA is a wonderful place!

Sold me a car not even three months ago that had multiple problems and didn’t say a thing about them said everything was perfect gave me a warranty on it which was nice but because they knew it was a lemon tried to get the issue fixed asap and was met with bring to his mechanic and he will fix it 600 dollars later and the issue has been this whole time it needed a new engine. Would personally love if they reach out to me to resolve the issue but I doubt they will thanks sequoia. It’s not “BS” my legal name is Thomas Hester you definitely did sell me a car three months ago it was the Audi a 4 with 104k miles on it for about 10grand

I wish I had done more research before making such a significant purchase. Since that day, I have had to deal with the stress and anxiety of worrying about my family's safety on the road. The repairs I was promised never happened, and now I'm left with a car that is not only unreliable but also potentially dangerous. I’ve had to spend additional money on repairs that should have been covered by the dealership, and I feel completely taken advantage of. It’s incredibly frustrating to think that I trusted Sequoia, and now I’m left with a vehicle that is a constant source of worry. If anyone is considering buying a car from The Car Depot USA, I urge you to think twice. Check online reviews, talk to previous customers, and do whatever you can to avoid making the same mistake I did. A car should not only be a means of transportation but a safe one at that. I hope my experience serves as a warning to others. Please be cautious and do your due diligence before trusting someone with your hard-earned money. Sequoia’s charming demeanor might initially put you at ease, but once the sale is made, you might find yourself regretting your decision as I did.

Do not get a vehicle from here! My son bought a vehicle from here and 4 months later the engine locked up - he had lights on when he got it and they said that they would get it serviced, however, they didn't when he picked up a few days later and their "service work shop" didn't have the time to get to his vehicle. He went to get it serviced somewhere else and come to find out there was an oil leak (after the fact). Now, that he has issues that are way more than what he bought his vehicle for, there is no answer on the phone (no one calls you back either) and their parking lot is always closed. They only got 1 star because I had to pick a star. Sequioa I feel that you and your 1 to 2 man team failed my son on his 1st vehicle and his experience. -**Added on 9/4/25 - since I am not able to respond to the response. Finally, I get some type of response. Yes, we understood how purchasing a GERMAN vehicle would be since we have purchased several cars within our household. However, this vehicle was not inspected fully (because there were lights on and we did inform you on this and you said that you would get it serviced - yet, we still did not see that paperwork). Also, the warranty did NOT cover this even though we did purchase the higher tier warranty. If you would have answered the phone or maybe even returned any of the several calls that we have made or even been at the location when we have stopped by - I would of at least thought that there would be other options especially with a vehicle that he purchased within less than 4 months. I guess you are right - that's our fault for purchasing THIS vehicle and it's unfortunate that he is dealing with that. I just hope that ANYONE else that decides to purchase a vehicle from this DEALER sees and understands what they are dealing with as well.
