Just like all other dealerships, they promise they can help you until they realize they can’t and then communication comes to a full stop. James Thomas was very communicative until he wasn’t able to get me approved. I tried to ask follow up questions about how to improve my approval odds with no response at all.

Horrible horrible experience, leaving 2 stars because it’s harder to get rid of then 1 but you guys need to not be here! These people are liars and will sell you cars that look good on the outside, my brother bought a car here and 5 months later he has no air conditioning and they can’t fix it. And my mom got tricked by a money hungry family member to do the same and buy a car here they charged my mom 15,000 for a car that’s worth 9,500 my mom has extremely good credit. And didn’t deserve this and when we asked to cancel they denied and all they could say was we can speak to the lawyers if we wanted.i won’t put specifics here but trust me don’t waste your time here

Absolutely disgusted with the service this place offers. Specifically JAMES THOMAS in financing. As I was calling to figure out why my financing was denied this man cussed me out and hung up on me. Then proceeded to block my number so I couldn’t stick up for myself. DO NOT COME HERE.
