Road Rive

As a new customer I had an amazing experience working with Road Rive! Thanks to Jaer and Moussa for making the entire process so smooth, transparent, and stress-free since this was my teenagers first car. The Honda was in great condition and they addressed all my concerns before the purchase was complete. Highly recommend!

Went in looking for a work sprinter van. Found just what I needed at a price that was right. The team Road Rive was welcoming, helpful, and efficient. In less than an hour I was in and out with the vehicle I needed for my small business. Clean with low milage.These guys have my business for any of my used car needs.

I came to this location trying to purchase a vehicle cuz I was desperate to purchase one. When I arrived to the location, I was met with cigarette smoke INSIDE the trailer. I noticed that there were signs saying “no refund on deposits” which was a red flag. I was told that this location was NOT a buy here pay here lot and wanted to run my credit. My credit isn’t the best so I had to put a decent amount down. Not a problem. It became sketchy when the owner started talking a different price down payment versus what the “bank” said. Stating if I gave 1200( on a 5,000 dollar car) that he can put me in a ford focus(not the car I wanted) and he’ll give me the car. Why say this location isn’t a but here pay here, but offer this when I could t afford putting so much down and was quick to “work” with me. The whole experience and vibe of this location was horrible.

Unprofessional and total waste of time. I worked with Moussa Tannous and scheduled a specific appointment to see and buy a 2021 toyota tacoma. I confirmed my appointment and let them know I was on my way. I told them that I was about to arrive and they casually informed me they had just sold the car to someone else in the morning. They didn't bother to call or text me to save me the trip. Complete lack of communication and zero respect for a customer’s time. Avoid this dealership if you expect basic professionalism.

"Edit: 7.8.2025, Once I purchased this car everything seemed to be fine. I was deployed a few days after, and the car sat. When I came back, thats when all the hidden issues came. 1. I had to buy a set of tires right after leaving the dealer, like immediately the threads were showing. Which the dealer was nice enough to take off $200. But that should have been my sign. 1. I found out on the way home to SC, the car needs struts badly, when it hits bumps at highway speed the car floats, and does this angled sideways movement. (Est $600) 2. Check engine light came on. Car went into reduced power mode. It showed camshaft sensor, easy fix right? I replaced still, then it had to be taken to the Nissan Dealership were it is now. The bill is estimated $2,000 they have to tear down the engine to find out whats wrong. (Also the Nissan Dealership confirmed the CE light had indeed been turned off intentionally)" **Update Dick Smith Nissan, quoted me $4,900 in repairs!!!!!** What I don't get is the staff was very friendly. For what I spent I could have bought a newer car with less miles. You would think 68k miles isn't bad for a nissan. (End edit 7.8.25) (Original review) I was looking for a work car and came in from out of town. The staff is friendly and nice. The entire process took an hour. The car was exactly what they said it was, no crazy surprises or hidden fees like some dealers can. I'm pleased with my purchase. I would definitely do business again.)) ((Edit: 7.8.25 I probably would not buy from them again, maybe a good place to get a fixer up, but mechanic on site definitely does patch work, to push sales. Buyer beware.))
